Removing UNSV/damaged shelf carefully by removing the rivets and welding spots,S&F new shelf made of 1 mm thick MS sheet of same size and shape. Complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing UNSV/damaged bottom portion carefully by removing rivets and welding spots and S&F new bottom made of 1 mm thick MS sheet of same size and shape by welding . Complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing UNSV leg from bottom of almirah carefully by unriveting and using hand held cutting machine without damaging the other parts.S&F new leg made of 1mm thick MS sheet to the existing place through welding and riveting.Complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Material and labour for painting each almirah by peeling out the old paint by applying paint remover solution,filling metal putty to the uneven surfaces and sanding it to make the surface smooth then wipe out the surface and remove the dust with a fine cloth.Two coats of hammer tone paint as per existing shade shall be applied externally and internally to complete almirah.The painting to each article shall only be carried out by spray machine only.

Taking out existing unserviceable /broken plywood from the charpoy GI pipe by unscrewing nut,bolt ,washer and flat iron. Tightening each part of the entire frame of charpoy by using pipe wrench and Supply and fixing new 12mm thick plywood BWR grade-AA made of wood and other lignocellulosic products conforming to IS-303 of size 1980mm x 900mm fixed over the GI pipe frame and fixing 3 components(i.e- ply ,flat iron and rail )with new GI nylon insert nut, bolt and washers 8mm dia 62 to 65mm long as directed by Engr-in Charge and all as specified.

Spot gas welding to broken parts/joints of chairs.

Plastic cane of virgin quality white, half round of size 4mm wide and 0.60 mm thick

Removing the old broken shoes of chairs and Supply and Fixing best quality new PVC shoes to the legs of chair.

Painting the frame of the chairs by two coats of synthetic enamel white of approved quality paint after prepartion of steel surface by sanding with sand emery paper and dusting the surface with clean cloth.The chair frame shall be made smooth by applying metal putty wherever required.
