M & L for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 for 150 mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping and benching and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel for man holes and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cm 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately at supply only rate)

M& L pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs for manholes and the like etc; set in cement mortar 1:4 with plain fair faces complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Mild steel plain black sheet, 1.6mm thick as in covers to manhole/ drain cover slabs, cut to size required, bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc., placed in position and welded to the ends of all reinforcement bars of cover slabs all as shown on drawing all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT Bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, inculding cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (ennealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in solft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F150 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors incl taking down complete all as specified & directed.

S&F110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors incl taking down complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PVC (SWR) gully trap 125/110 mm, setting and jointing with solvent cement incl taking down complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coats of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described

M& L for precast RCC 1:2:4 rings 900mm dia 300mm height and width not less than 50mm with male and female joints using 8 mm torsteel reinforcement 150 mm both ways for all as directed
