Laying of 33 KV 3x300 mm² ‘XLPE’ cable of double circuit (700X2 Mtr)cable by digging pit & making trench in Proper size(1.2M depth x1M wide) below ground level by fixing bricks(4½˝)on both side of trench wall and 9˝ brick work at the centre of the trench along the cable.Fixing brick slab on top after filling sand around both the cable including cost of bricks/ HDD Method by drilling machine as per site requirement.

Laying of 33KV ‘XLPE’ cable in air after providing 6” dia. M.S pipe 3 m long Complete work.(Rs 1475/mtr)

GI Pipe Earthing Complete for Cable jointing Kit with materials

Fabrication of 13 M long S.T. pole by welding 3.0 M long 5" dia M.S. pipe & Flat Iron 50x6 mm 12" long by providing M.S. pipe and all other materials by the contractor and only S.T. poles 11 Mtr. Long will be provided by the department.

Erection of Single pole structure on 9 Mtr PCC Pole including all works of evocation of pit, pole erection, making plinth for poles 30 cm above , grouting in the ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand, 40mm brick ballast),back filling of earth ,proper ramming & fitting of all accessories for double circuit ( 'V' type cross arm 100 x 50 x 6 mm, M.S. Channel (7.9 Kg./M) clamps with bolt and nut, composite polymer pin insulator, danger board with clamp, barbed wire earthing, etc. complete as per RESSPO).

Extension of 9 mtr PCC Pole for proper clearence for existing lines by 33 KV Top channel with clamp with complete work as per proper specification.

Erection of Double pole structure on 9 Mtr PCC Pole including all works of evocation of pit, pole erection, making plinth for poles 30 cm above , grouting in the ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand, 40 mm brick ballast),back filling of earth ,proper ramming & fitting of all accessories (M.S. angle iron 65 x 65 x 6 mm bracing with clamps, top channel 125 x 65 x 3200 mm with clamps, danger board with clamp, barbed wire earthing, etc. complete as per RESSPO) .

(SP-55) Pole including all works of evocation of pit, pole erection, making plinth for poles 30 cm above , grouting in the ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand, 40mm brick ballast),back filling of earth ,proper ramming & fitting of all accessories for double circuit ( 'V' type cross arm 100 x 50 x 6 mm, M.S. Channel (7.9 Kg./M) clamps with bolt and nut, composite polymer pin, insulator, danger board with clamp, Alluminium paint, red oxide paint, barbed wire earthing, etc. complete as per RESSPO.

Erection of four pole structure on 11 mtr ST Pole including all works of evocation of pit, pole erection, making plinth for poles 30 cm above , grouting in the ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand, 40 mm brick ballast),back filling of earth ,proper ramming & fitting of all accessories (M.S. angle iron 65 x 65 x 6 mm bracing with clamps, top channel 125 x 65 x 3200 mm with clamps, danger board with clamp, Alluminium paint, red oxide paint, barbed wire earthing, etc. complete as per RESSPO) .

Laying, spreading, lifting and final sagging of 3 phases of ACSR Dog conductor in accordance with profile and sag chart including binding, Jumpering and fixing of P.G. Clamp as per requirement in 03 Nos. conductor in parallel.

Grouting of stay rods (20 x 1800) mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size (0.60 x 0.60 x 0.30) m in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand, 40mm brick ballast) as per drg including back filling, proper ramming etc. Fixing tightening & nozzling of stay wire with stay rod with the poles of required tension as per drawing.

Chopping of branches of trees of eucalyptus, Neem, Keekar and other kind of trees along the route of the line and disposal of the same at suitable place.

Guarding between two poles like single poles, double poles, four poles, etc. to guard LT, 11 KV Line telephone and river crossing, road crossing etc. with G.I. wire no. 6 SWG and G.I. wire no. 8 SWG, cutting, fabrication and fixing of guarding channel 75 x 40 x 3010 mm with clamps nut & bolts etc. as per drawing.
