Dismantling of old Unsv road sign board of any shape and size complete all as specified and directed.
Excavating in post holes in any type of soil each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface etc complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts erc, of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangements in frame work for road sign board, complete all as specified and directed.
M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in mass concrete, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
S&F retro reflective sign face (Square or rectangular) consist of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel sheet sign substrate and over all lamination on one face using high intensity grade retro reflective media 3M or Unicorp make conforming to ASTM 4956 type-IV or above with text cutting as per direction of Engr in charge. Using computerised cutter plotter & pneumatic automated squeeze roll applicator) on overlay film or similar sheeting for text/graphics & symbol etc as per approved design and aluminium rivets, break away type nut/bolts (Each sign face shall be acked by stainless steel frame and stainless steel items will be measured and paid separately.)
