S&F in replacement of 100 mm bore sluice valve, cast iron body, both end flanged type in same position comprising with high tensile steel spindle, class PN-1.6,( ISI marked), conforming to IS-14846-2000, operating wheel, including nut bolt & washers for flanged joints and jointing material complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. M&L for construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber of following sizes (internal dimension) including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and M.S sheet cover 5 mm thick and angle iron 40 x 40 x 4 mm frame including locking arrangement with lock and key of 50mm brass and 6 lever complete all as specified, duly painting the steel surfaces in two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including plaster and PCC work complete all as specified:-

Excavation in trenches in soft/disintegrated rock/hard dense soil etc n. exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 Sqmr on plan and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm each layers complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material & surplus spoil n. exc 50 m to a distance and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L for road cutting upto the depth of 1 mtr and width of 5 mtr and making good surface after completion of laying of pipes complete all as specified and directed by nngr in charge .

Taking down / dismantling of the exiting old cables for renewal/ fixation of new cables of panel boards, motors, starters and other equipments complete all as specified. Note : New materials /cables should be measure and paid separately .

M&L for Dismantling of old existing platform of panel board and constructed the new platform with PCC 1:2:4 B-1 (With 20 mm graded aggregate) Complete as per fixation of panel board . Note PCC work is included in the item rate.

Construction of cable trough for laying of cable of suitable size with PCC 1:2:4 B-1 (With 20 mm graded aggregate) Of size 30 cm x 30cm for laying of cables of motors to starter complete Note : Earth work measured and paid separately

Supply and fix XLPE Armoured LT power control cable copper heavy duty type of size 50 sqmm 4 core including proper connections with lugs / nut bolts from LT panel to motors Complete all as directed as specified

M&L for fabrication or welding work with MS Angle Iron, MS Flat, Tee sections , for fixation of panels, suctions and othe misc work all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Spreading and levelling of sand filling under floors cable troughs etc complete all as directed

Material and labour for reboring of existing borewell below ground level upto 60 mtr depth and 100 mm dia including drilling reaming and development of bore with air compressed air and after 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water minimum 6 houres and including other neccessary connected items ie. PVC Pipe MS Clamp etc complete all as directed as specified as directed .
