Maintenance of lawn, garden, flower beds, potted plants, plants and trees, planting of new plants / new lawns as and where required including watering, removal of weeds, wild vegetation etc, manuring, putting good earth, fertilisers, applying pesticides at various locations etc. as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Cost of plants, manure, good earth, etc. to be paid for separately. However, cost of tools & plants, flexible pipes, fertilisers and insecticide / pesticides are included in the item and is to be arranged by the contractor. The water supply point shall be provided at one point at each separate location by the department.). NOTE: The payment to the workmen shall be made through any nationalised bank.

Supplying and stacking sludge at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (sludge measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment).

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment) .

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge .

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km lead complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) :Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 16 mm

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).

Providing Circular Cement Concrete pots of specified size, cast with cement concrete of nominal mix 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size), reinforced with 7 Nos ( 3 nos horizontal & 4 nos vertical “ U “ shape) M.S. wires of 3.5 mm dia as per design, including required form work, finishing with cement punning on exposed surface, curing for specified period and stacking in required rows & height, all complete as per direction of Officer-in-charge.Top inside dia 30 cm, outer bottom dia 20 cm, total height 30 cm with wall thickness of 25.4 mm

Providing and displaying of Areca Palm having ht. 90 cm to 1.20 m with 4 to 5 suckers, well developed, fresh and healthy with lush green foliage in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Croton Golden having ht. 45 cm to 60 cm with 2 to 3 branches, well developed, fresh and healthy foliage in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and Displaying Marigold jaffri orange/yellow/Russet colour well developed with fresh & healthy foliage with 40 to 50 flowers in bloom specimen plant 60 to 75 cm ht in 25 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and Displaying Marigold(Tagetes) inca hybrid different colour having 30 cm and above ht., with 6 to 8 flowers in bloom & blooming condition, well developed pot should be fully covered with fresh and healthy, foliage and flowers in 20 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
