M & L for removing unserviceable 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board with PVC edging from Head Board of Bed Hard Steel and S&F new 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board with PVC edging with suitable nut & bolt complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix new long tube frame 25mmx65mm, 16 Gauge of size 1974mm and removing the existing unserviceable broken long tube frame and including necessary gas welding wherever required complete all as specified as shown on drawing and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparing the short tube frame of size 900mm from broken long tube frame obtained from item No.16 above duly cutting and fixing to charpoy including removing the existing unserviceable short tube frame complete all as specified as shown on drawing and as directed.

Labour for removing the existing Unserviceable or wornout plywood top of Bed Hard Steel and S&F new plywood top of 1974x900mm size 12 mm thick BWR Grade plete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix 3mm thick PVC shoes to the legs of Bed Hard Steel plete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing MS flat strip of size 70mm x 40mm x3mm with a bore of 10mm for nut and bolt (to be fixed in such a way that 20mm will be welded to headrest/footrest and 50mm will be welded to long rail of bed hard steel) to bind long rail and foot board/head board of bed hard steel duly welded and supported with suitable nut, bolt & washer and plete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing the old steel surfaces and painting with two coats of Black synthetic enamel paint with machine spray and welding as required to be broken frames complete all as specified,as shown on drawing and plete all as specified and as directed.

Charpoy IP Hard top FD/MAP-II/01 Material and Labour for carry out repairs like existing tube frame removing the broken unserviceable legs, long tube frame, short tube frame, and fixing new reassembling the charpoy and welding as required to be broken and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint Black colour by machine spray including necessary gas welding wherever required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note : Long tube frame, short tube frame and legs shall be measured, paid separely as supply & fix only.

Supply and fix new long tube frame 25mmx65mm, 16 Gauge of length 1980mm complete all as specified as shown on drawing and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparing the short tube frame of size 900mm from broken long tube frame obtained from item No.22 above duly cutting and fixing to charpoy complete all as specified as shown on drawing and as directed.

Supply and fix new MS tube leg of size 32mmx32mmx440mm, 16 Gauge complete all as specified as shown on drawing and as directed.

Supply and fix new MS tube for stiffeners to support ply and stiffeners to support legs of size 25mmx25mm, 16 Gauge and removing the existing unserviceable broken MS stiffeners complete all as specified as shown on drawing and as directed.

Supply & Fix 1930x850mm x12mm thick BWR Grade plywood conforming to IS303 all edges of plywood top be filled with putty to prevent observation moisturer and fixed with suitable nut & bolt complete as specified and directed.

BED HARD (WOODEN) FD/E6/MAP/01 Removing the existing unserviceable/broken long rail of size 1970mmx90mm x 35mm thick and supply and fix new second class hard wood long rail for bed hard and complete all as specified and shown on drawings and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken head board of size 950x900mmx50mm with legs and supply & fix new head board for bed plywood top including teak wood legs complete all as specified and shown on drawings and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken foot board of size 900x400mmx50mm with legs and supply & fix new foot board for bed plywood top including teak wood legs complete all as specified and shown on drawings and as directed.

CHAIR TUBULAR STEEL WITH ARMS with Basket paper tray with Hand board TP Removing the existing unserviceable/broken seat and Supply & Fix new seat of size 420x380mm complete with frame, made out of 45mmx25mm teak wood members duly canned with 1.8mm wide plastic cane & 3mm wide plastic cane for borders as in (Godrej) pattern complete all as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken back and Supply and Fix new back of size 380x380mm complete with frame made out of 40mmx40mm teak wood top & bottom members and 40x25mm teak wood side members canned with 1.8mm wide plastic cane & 3mm wide plastic cane for borders in (Godrej) pattern complete all as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken arm rest for chair tubular steel with arms and Supply & Fix new teak wood arm rest of size 260x50x20mm made to shape including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of black colour over a coat of wood primer by machine spray complete all as directed (Each arms rest measured separately).

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken Hand Board for right arm rest and Supply & Fix Pre laminated particle board of size 550x300x18mm made to shape including providing PVC Beading complete all as directed (Each arms rest measured separately).

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken Paper tray to fixing on Legs and Supply & Fix Paper tray of size 530mmx380mm and 16 guage made to existing shape applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint Olive Green colour by machine spray including necessary gas welding wherever required

Chair Writing Steel FD360 Removing the existing unserviceable/broken back and Supply & Fix new back of size 470x190mm Teak wood frame including providing 50mm synthetic foam of 28 density fixed over teak wood frame and it shall be covered with letherised rexine of approved shade complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken seat and Supply & Fix new seat of size 535x470mm wooden frame including providing 70mm synthetic foam of 28 density fixed over wooden frame and it shall be covered with letherised rexine of approved shade complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken Arm and Supply & Fix new teak wood Arm of size 365x60mmx25mm thick and duly polishing to arm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 19 mm x 19mm mild steel square pipe of 1.6 mm thick by welding and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer and including removing the unserviceable damaged mild steel square pipe leg complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.

Material and labour for preparation of the old steel surfaces of chair writing steel with arms and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint Olive Green colour by machine spray including necessary gas welding wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Charpoy GI pipe with Hard top FD-220 M & L for Dismantling of GI pipe Charpoy to carry out repairs like threading at ends of existing pipe removing the broken unserviceable legs, long rails, short rails, elbows and check nuts and fixing new elbows and check nuts reassembling the charpoy and welding as required to be broken complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Threading, Elbows and check nuts will be measured & paid seperately)

Supply and fix new long rail of GI tubing 32mm dia medium grade of length 1980mm with necessary threading and removing the existing unserviceable broken long rail complete all as specified as shown on drawing and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparing the short rail of 900mm from broken long rail obtained from item No.48 above duly cutting, threading and fixing to charpoy including removing the existing unserviceable short rail complete all as specified as shown on drawing and as directed.. Material and Labour for preparing the leg for GI charpoy from the broken GI pipe obtained vide item No. 48 above duly cutting, threading including teak wood plug to leg, providing new clamps for FMN set to leg including removing the existing unserviceable leg complete all as specified as shown on drawing and as directed.

Supply and fix 32mm dia GI medium grade 3 way elbow, duly ISI marked including removing the existing unserviceable elbow from charpoy complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Supply and fix 5mm thick GI medium grade check nut, duly ISI marked suitable for 32 mm dia pipe including removing the unserviceable check nut from charpoy complete all as specified in furniture drawing and as directed.

Supply and fixing MS Iron strips of size 40mmx6mm, 75mm long duly holed/drilled for tightening plywood and welded to rails of charpoys including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and removing the existing broken MS iron stips complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- One number of MS flat iron strip 40mmx6mmx75mm long is measured as one unit.

Supply and fixing flat MS Iron of size 40mmx6mm, 900mm long providing 02 Nos of holes/drilled in each flat iron for tightening plywood on flat iron along with long rail and including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and removing the existing broken MS flat Iron complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- One number of MS flat iron strip 40mmx6mmx900mm long is measured as one unit.
