Charges for loading, unloading of all drawl materials of timber structure items , Fills, GRP Fill Hangers, Casing & Louvers, Ladders, Fan guard ,Fan cylinder, Mechanical equipment, support pipe with Tee , flow control valves, MS Plate and Devolution the scrap Material to central stores.(Transport vehicle will be provided by TANGEDCO at free of cost)

Charges for dismantling the existing Cooling tower equipment’s of all timber items , Structures, Eliminators fills, fills hangers ,casing, louvers, fan guard ,Fan cylinder, Mechanical equipment, support pipe , flow control valves and fans from its original position for inspection and replacement of worn out materials etc.,

Charges for cleaning the surface of sump tanks ( small & large size) for applying FRP 50 putty. area completely or partially or peeling work will not be executed if new MS plate is utilized depends upon the site condition)

Charges for cutting and removing the damaged and rusted portion of the small and large size MS Sump tank and its side wall & bottom eroded plates are replaced with new one (partially otherwise entire tanks depends upon the site condition)

Charges for marking, cutting and removing the damaged/ eroded portion of sump tank stage I preparation of the required size plate, strengthening the sump tank by providing the necessary M.S .Plate, positioning and welding the new plates and angles properly ( MS angle 50x50x6mm and 8mm plate will be provided by TANGEDCO).

Charges for applying FRP 50 putty followed by 1mm thick FRP lining on the surface of the sump tank of cooling tower stage I

Charges for erection of all new cooling tower equipment’s such as , Structures, Eliminators fills, fills hangers ,casing, louvers, fan guard ,Fan cylinder, Mechanical equipment, support pipe with Tee and flow control valves and fans etc are positioning ,aligning and assembling in an appropriate manner in the cooling tower stage -I

Charges for Dismantling the 200mm gate Valves from the CT inlet header pipe line and Overhauling and then refitting of valves including cleaning of seating surface and lapping of valve gate and seat for perfect matching and checking with leak test.

Charges for removing the damaged portion of 200mm rear side header pipe and replacing the new pipe and welding the joints and providing dummy at the tail end, then the damaged overflow and the drain pipe of various sizes

Charges for cutting gas for Sl.No:4 ,5&9
