REPAIR TO PLUMBING , CLEANING OF SERVICES TANK, SAINTARY AND CONNECTED ITEMS IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS OF AGE B/R-II UNDER GE SAUGOR

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills gratings, sun shed cover fixed with nut bolts incl, cutting drilling holes etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed baluster, walk ways, railings, framework or water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E 165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI based pre-painted galvalume sheet, 0.50 mm thick coloured having aluminum zinc coating 150 gsm/ sqm and tensile strength 550 Mpa, double ribbed trapezoidal profile steel sheet as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete, including dismantling existing sheet of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length bent to shape, dia of fabric not less than 4Kg/Sqm including dismantling complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Brickwork with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in Cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick / concrete/ stone walls, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement on new brick work of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint over and including one coat of exterior primer on prepared surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed. Make : Asian(Appex Altima)/ Berger(weather coat all Gaurd)/ Nerolac(Excel total) Note : (i) The emulsion used shall be of approved colour by GE diluted as per manufacturer's instructions (ii) Contractor shall ensure washing floors, cleaning glass , joinery , electric fitting, etc after painting work with entire satisfaction of Engg-in-charge.

Taking out and attending any kind of unserviceable water leakage taps, flushing cisterns, wash hand basins and other sanitary fittings/fixtures and any obstruction to water supply, requiring plumbing work and carryout minor repairs such as replacement of washers, check nuts, tightening of fittings of flushing cistern etc including petty materials like washers of all sizes, thread(shoot), caps/spindle for taps, M-seal, screws, nails etc to make water supply/ plumbing lines functional and leak proof by providing minimum one plumber and one helper as per time to time requirement as intimated by JE concerned/ Engr-in-Charge (with necessary tools) etc. complete all as specified and directed . Note : (i) The complaints intimated to contractor shall be completed to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Complaints shall be issued on day-to-day basis by Engg-in-charge through complaint slip(s)/docket(s) and contractor shall consider this factor while quoting their rates . No extra claim on this account shall be entertained by the department. Contractor or his authorised representative shall collect the complaints from JE concerned daily from office of AGE B/R-II of GE Saugor and ensure to resolve them within 48 hours without fail. If the complaint is not resolved within specified period, a penalty @ Rs100/- per day per un-resolved complaint shall be levied. (iii) The contractor shall maintain a record of all complaints in a Pakka bound Register as per format given in tender document. The copy of such record shall be made form part of each RAR and Final Bill. (iv) On completion of work, the contractor shall deposit the register to Engineer-in-charge who will furnish a certificate to this effect at the time of recommendation of completion of the work. Work will not be treated as complete if the contractor not deposit the record registers duly maintained in all respects.

M&L for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from water tanks of capacity exceeding 250 ltrs but not exceeding 500 ltrs and from mouth of circulating pipes, etc including disconnecting, reconnecting & refixing water tanks in position complete all as specified and directed.
