Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m - all kinds of soil - pipes,cables etc , exceeding 300 mm dia but not exceeding 600 mm

Providing and laying Ductile Iron socket and spigot pipes of class K9 (Electro steel /Sripipes / Jindal/Electrotherm / Jai Balaji / TATA Metaliks Kubota) conforming to IS specification 8329/2000 and ISI marked suitable for tyton /push on joints in good condition including transportation of D.I.pipe from production centre/company to the site at UT of Puducherry, lowering to the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment etc.,complete all as per IS 12288 and CPWD specification. (earth work and jointing of pipes with rubber gasket will be paid separately) -400mm dia.

Providing and fixing in position S&S standard D.I. specials (Electro steel/ Sripipes / Jindal /Kiswok) such as tees, bends, collors, tapers, caps etc. conforming to IS specification 9523/ 2000 and ISI marked - 350 to 450mm dia

Providing and laying Ductile Iron Double flanged pipes of class K9 (Electro steel/ Sripipes/Jindal/Electrotherm) conforming to IS specification 8329/2000 and ISI marked suitable for flanged joints in good condition including transportation of D.I.pipe from production centre/company to the site at UT of Puducherry, lowering to the trenches(or fixing in over head tanks above ground level) laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment etc.,complete all as per IS 12288 and CPWD specification . Providing flanged joints to double flanged C.I / D.I. pipes and specials , including testing of joints - 400mm diameter pipe

Providing and fixing D.I. MJ collar coupling , with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc.,complete - 400 mm dia.

Providing and jointing cast iron / D.I. (S&S) pipe joints with rubber gasket (Tyton joints) conforming to IS No. 5382 and 12820 of EPDM quality including the cost of fixing, testing the joints etc.,complete -400mm dia.

Providing and fixing Cast iron flanges conforming to IS specification 1538 and ISI marked. - 400 mm dia.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision - by mix in place method - for grading I material.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth three wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite Crushable type such as moorum/gravel for screening and gravel for binding to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density - by mechanical means - Water bound macadam Gr-I with Gravel screening. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite Crushable type such as moorum or gravel for screening and gravel for binding to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density - by mechanical means - Water bound macadam Gr-III with moorum or gravel screening. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. Per sqm. on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfacing materials of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 0.09mm (Type-B) aggregates using penetration grade bitumen to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, and finishing to required level and grade - Using Type B materials. (As per as per clause 512 ofMoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 40 to 60 tonne/hour using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade - Type B (As per as per clause 513 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)
