REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE LT EXTERNAL ELECTRIC POWER TRANSMISSION SYSTEM AND ALLIED WORKS AT (R) AF STATION THANE UNDER GE (AF)THANE

Disconnecting of LT supply and opening bus bar chamber / Cable box chamber of outdoor/ indoor LT kiosks / Panel , removing of burnt out lugs, MCB / isolators of any capcity/ size and cleaning of bus bar with CTC solutions, insulating the bus bar by taping with RYB colours, necessary nuts bolts of existing size and refixing after rapairs,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note: Aluminium lugs of size and MCCB as mentioned below shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item of Sch A as supply only.

S&F in replacement pre-stressed cement concrete pole, 9 metre long of cross section 102mm x 172mm at top and 102mm x 279mm at bottom, class 10, complying withrequirements of IS-1678-1998 erecting truly in vertical position including painting of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer in alternate strip of 30cm each in white and blue colour up to 1.5 metre height from top of PCC pedestal/coping of poles including numbering of poles with synthetic enamel paint black in 80mm high letters over 150mm x 230mm yellow base made from synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : PCC for foundation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

M & L for plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating, necessary form work and fair finishing all exposed faces of concrete without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for poles, struts & mass concrete including necessary form work and fair finishing to exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of PCC pole and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in blue and white colour in alternate strips of 30 cm each upto 1.50 metre height from top of PCC coping and applying two coat of aluminum paint over cross arms, brackets, bracings, clamps, hooks etc. and marking pole number with white synthetic enamel paint in 80mm high letters, over black synthetic enamel paint base of size 20cm x 20cm including applying two coats of white wash to coping of poles all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Pole number shall be marked with white enamel paint over a base of size 20cm x 20cm prepared with two coats of black enamel paint on pole surfaces.

S&F in repair changeover switch & disconnectors 100 Amps,4Pole, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, Staggered terminals site convertible dual shaft position all as specified and directed.

Taking down Defective street light of LED of Capacity 25/30/60/90/120 W, flood light and bldg security light fitting of any type from their existing postion ie. Poles and bldg and re-fixing the same after carried out repairs ie. replecement of LED driver and SPD,PVC Wire etc all as specified and directed by Engr In Chrarge. Note: LED Driver,SPD and 3 core cable for replacement shall be measured and paid separatly under relevent item of BOQ' as supply only.

Supply, fixing and testing LED Flood light fitting of 120 Watt in repair/replacement of existing high mast lights including LED lamps complete with body robust,corrosion resistant,superior finish and without any cracks or through holes,made in a single piece by high pressure die cast aluminium alloy.The luminaries shall be monolithic construction totally enclosed dust and water proof with minimum IP -66 protection as per IS - 10322-1982(Part -I) with latest amendments and input voltage range 140 - 270 V, AC, frequency 50 - 60 Hz ,P.F should be more than 0.9 with Total Harmonic Distoration THD(I) less than 10% ,cool white colour and lamp starting time should not be more than 10 second. Fitting should be provided with 10 KV surge protection.Driver should be constant current constant voltage driver .Driver should have high voltage withstanding capacity upto 300 V, AC. Driver should also have double phase protection,no load , open circuit and short circuit protection .LED light fitting should be suitable for ambient temperature from -10 degreeCentrigrade to 50 degree Centrigrade and humidity level 10% to 90 % RH. Covers should be polycarbonate/toughened glass to ensure minimum IP 65 degree protection.Cover should not degrade due to heating and ageing.The efficiency of LED luminaries system shall be more than 85 lumens per watt and must be certified by the LM-79 test report .

M&L Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint all as specified and directed.

M&L security light bracket made with GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade minium length 1.5 mtr long with 105 degree angle including necessary MS clamp made with 25mm x 6 mm and suitable MS studs and bolts, duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr- in- Charge. Note:- Quoted reate is inclusive of fixing clamp and anchor fasterner for GI Steel tubing.

Supply and fixing HOT moulded (FRP) junction box for street light pole with locking arrangement with IP 65 protection of size 280 x 200 with 32 Amp 4 way heavy duty terminal block with 10Amp MCB SP and two number of cable entry gland of standard size with suitable stainless steel bracket to fix with pole, including taking down existing ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for connecting 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated copper conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tap and over all PVC sheathed in service connction for street light from FRP junction box to street light of size 3 core 1.5 Sqmm . ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil.complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be Measured.

Supply and laying un reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type-I, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.
