Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismantling and stacking within 100 m lead.

Dismantling plain cement concrete manually / by mechanical means carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris within 200 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling brick work in Cement mortar carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of materials and dispoal of unserviceable materials within 100 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, centering, shuttering Form work using steel plates,timber planks for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports, bracings etc. and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all level for Sub structure.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:1.5:3 at all levels (1 cement, 1.5 crushed sand, 3 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc.complete as per specifications and drawings but excluding the cost of shuttering, centering and steel reinforcement.

Extra for RCC Using Ready Mix Concrete from outside project area including transporting and pumping from approved batching plants.

Removing of old boards and depositing in TVS scrap yard along with necessary manpowers & tools such as pans, spades, shavels pickaxe, punjas, ropes, small branches cutting machines, wild vegetations cutting tools, saw, small special spade etc. including clearing jungle, uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m / outside the periphery of the area cleared as per specifications and also carry out seasonable departmental work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge / Security Officer under the guidance of Project Engineer. Note:- 1. The rate included supplying of Gum Boots. Safety Shoes, Hand Gloves and all required safety gears. 2. The rate also included the charges of all tools and their maintenance which are useful for cutting of wild vegetations.3. Labourers are required daily on working days/ holidays.4. Mode of measurement shall be per labour per man day.

Providing and fixing anodized Aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever ired including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required filling the gaps using silicon grout sealent etc. (fittings glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately) Anodised Aluminium sections (Minimum anodizing thickness of 15 micron)

Designing, providing and fixing of 4 mm thick approved make and shade Aluminium Composite Metal Panel of approved make cladding at different locations including soffits of over-hangs but excluding aluminium frame work with grids filled in with weather silicon sealant as per the drawings. The ACM panel composition shall be of 0.5 mm thick PVDF coated aluminium sheet + 3 mm thick low density polyethelene virgin resin core + 0.5 mm thick polyester (PVDF) coated Aluminium sheet all complete as per approved shop drawings and specification (Aluminium frame work will be paid under reelevant item) Note: ACMP shall be measured to the actual visible area of the ACP sheet including silicon joints as fixed on site.

Providing, fabricating and fixing 304 grade Stainless Steel pipes of approved size and make and quality by cutting and placing in position including embedding if necessary, supporting structure including vertical post, frame for panel/sheet etc. using seamless pipe/tube/angles, plate of designed dia pipe, Square, tees, angles, plate and other sections as required as per approved Arch./ structural drawings complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note: - All SS items will be paid under this items. Making, fabricating of SS Signage boards for Security, Traffic, Safety, to all BARC premises and fixing with SS anchor fasteners/ welding on site etc. if required.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards made up over 2mm thick SS sheet ( to be paid in relevant item), face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver, Green white or other colour combination and texture/ pattern including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class-2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 mounted on vertical post in English/ Hindi/Marathi language, sign boards like Speed breakers, building names with direction, Arrow for direction, U turn, No Entry, Parking, school area etc. in line level all as directed by E I C ( Note: Only area reflective sheet of board shall be measured for payment .)

Providing, supplying and fixing customized decorative film / wall paper of approved design and pattern (As specified by Architect) on wall face with necessary adhesive on Concrete surface / plaster surface /tile surface / Metal Surface etc. all complete as per the direction of EIC. (Sample and make should be got approved by Architect before use).

Providing And fixing 1000 mm dia outdoor convex mirror along with mounting bracket for FCMO-100 is suitable for viewing the distance up to 10 m of size 80 (L) X 20 (W) X 80 (H) cm of approx. 8 kg weight,convex mirror is made of Polycarbonate with fiber molded back water proof & weather proof fixing on vertical posts, tightening screws with all fittings as directed by engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement:1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) Kilometer stone as per standard design , including finishing smooth in 1:3 cement mortar ( 1 cement:3 fine sand) but excluding the cost of earth work, concrete in foundation, painting and lettering etc. which shall be paid for separately.

Providing and applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand on wall surface to receive specified paint including scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, applying and finishing walls with TWO Coats of water proof cement paint of approved make of required shade over new work including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. As per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
