M & L for metal spreading around the two pole structure including cleaning & removing grass of the area 4mx3m approx around the two pole structure. Spreading & leveling sand cushioning 15 mm over the cleaning surface and spreading 40mm graded aggregate over the sand cushioning, paint the concrete surface with lime paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete routine test of transformer of Cap upto 315 KVA (as per IE rules) with authorised agency as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge and submit the all routine test certificate by the authorised agency to Engr-in-Charge for maint of our record of any capacity of trnasformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, heating and topping up transformer insulating oil EHV grade having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV (R.M.S) at 2.5 mm gap high viscosity confirming to IS – 335 of 1983 complete for replacement of unserviceable transformer oil or for toping up complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of .LT bushing with stud, brass terminal 6 Nos.brass nuts and washers, gaskets, insulator etc suitable for upto 315 KVA Transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Filtration and Dehydration of transformer oil of Transformers at different location of CGRA/CGAE with filtration cum dehydration machine to achieve desired level of di electric strength of transformer oil including testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note- The quoted rate shall deem to incl for the cost of centrifuging the transformer oil by means of electrical operated centrifuging machine . (ii) The contrator shall test the di electric strength of oil of each transformer before dehydration & filtration and after completion of dehydration and filtration process he shall submit record of the same. Each sample of oil shall be tested with a transformer oil test machine at site in presence of concerned JE/ Engr- in- Charge. The contractor will have to arrange correctly calibrated Transformer Oil Test machine. for this purpose. (iii) The dielectric strength should not be less than 45 KV.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacrment of Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp suitable for 11KV greasing the moveble parts ( Male female parts) for smoth functioning complete all as spcified and directed.

M & L for painting of Street light pole with aluminium paint after removing old paint from steel pole & other steel section such as angle, bracket & support clamps etc and inclusive of one over coart and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete with numbering of pole complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY M & L for Cleaning ,servicing ,painting ,writing SM.MES No of pump sets including minor repair work if required and greasing of all moving parts i.e pump impeller , stainless steel shaft, bearing etc for smooth running and replacement of gland packing, gaskets, shaft sleeve, gland packing, neck ringnut bolts and washers etc, with necessary oiling and greassing of 15 HP & 20 HP pump complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The rate included for grinding of shafts, replacement of all parts for required to working of Pump sets in all respect. Bearing will be measured & paid seperately as supply only under this schedule.

Supply only ball bearing 6310-ZZ/C3(SKF) & bearing 6206-ZZ (SKF) for pump complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down of motor from pump after disconnection of mechanical tyre coupling and unbolting from foundation base plate,disconnecting of electric connection from terminal, loading/unloading the motor to vehicle and transportation of the motor to workshop, cutting the burnt winding and clean the rotor & stator with CTC or other cleaning matarial and rewinding of stator/ rotor winding with supper enamaled copper wire as per existing the size/gauge wire and turn of the previous winding, insulating the leads with insulating tubes and varnishing the stator with good quality of insulating varnish . Afterward heating the stator in heat chamber for continous 2 days for better insulation resistance reassembling the stator & rotor carefully after replacement of worn out bearings, transportation of motor from workshop to its original location, unloading the motor and placing it on base frame, connection of motor with pump with tyre coupling and fixing to the base frame after checking up the alignment, testing of motor with megger for checking of insulation resistances, electric connection of motor to the control panel, testing on load of capacity 15 /20HP Induction motor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair, cleaning and servicing of automatic star delta starter of capacity 15/20 HP fixed in existing LT panel including tightening of all loose coonection and replacement of minor defective parts such as cable lugs, nut bolts PVC copper connection wire etc to make the starter serviceable complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Major defective parts will be measured and paid seperetely under relevent item as supply only)

M & L for Cleaning ,servicing ,painting ,writing SM.MES No including minor repair work if required and greasing of all moving parts i.e pump impeller , stainless steel shaft, bearing etc for smooth running and replacement of packing gaskets, shaft sleeve, gland packing, neck ringnut bolts and washers etc, with necessary oiling and greassing of 7.5 HP pump complete nd with testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The rate included for grinding of shafts, replacement of all parts for required to working of Pump sets complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Bearing will be measured & paid seperately as supply only under this schedule.

M & L in replacement of gland packing of any size suiatble for existing pump complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair, cleaning and servicing of automatic star delta starter of capacity 7.5 HP fixed in existing LT panel including tightening of all loose coonection and replacement of minor defective parts such as cable lugs, nut bolts PVC copper connection wire etc to make the starter serviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cleaning and removing all scales and deposited materials in under ground water sump of 2.5 lakhs ltr by drain out the sludge/waste at bottom of the tank by manually or using non cloging pump sets and applying bleaching powder , brushes for removing deposited materials and removal the same from sump and deposited the same where as directed (not more than 50 mtr) , including cleaning the sourrounding area of under ground sump complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The cost of coir rope, bleaching powder, brush for removing scales & cleaning the surrounding area near tank and dumping the mud utside the premises shall be deemed to include in the above item rate.

All as per item No 67 above but capacity of UG Sump 3 lakhs litre.

M & L for Cleaning and removing all scales and deposited materials in over head tank 50000 liters capacity by applying bleaching powder , brushes for removing deposited materials, including jungle cleaning to sourrounding area including draining out existing water complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The cost of coir rope, bleaching powder, brush for removing scales & cleaning the surrounding area near tank and dumping the mud utside the premises shall be deemed to include in the above item rate.

Supply only Calcium Hypochlorite granules 65% to 70% with CIAS (ALTOCH-GP) for potable water in 45 kg drum complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up/down GI tubing from trenches , duct, wall, roof or in any position with all fittings for re-laying /refixing of serviceable pipes and removing the unserviceable pipes for 40mm to 50 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Shifting of Split AC of any size from its original location to new location with all piping and electrical wire including servicing to working condition and makes good as existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the voltage stabilizer of any capacity ( 1 to 5 KVA) and make, opening up for inspection/checking serviceability of voltage regulating transformer relays, circuit board, voltmeters, incoming/outgoing connections etc and reassembling the same with dismantled component after replacement of burnt spare parts and internal wiring complete all as specified and as directed.
