M&L for PU coated machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment (approved by GE) confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade including laid over 50mm thick sand cushion bed and preparing the surface to uniform level to receive tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition Concrete in ground floors and paving's n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris out side

M&L providing 75mm thick plain cement concrete type C-1, (1:3:6) ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface of sub base etc complete all as directed.

M&L Providing precast cement concrete type B-1, (1:2:4),(using 20mm grade stone aggregate) in kerb stones with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar (1:4) including complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of approved primer all specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone or brick masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters walk ways, railing, frame work of water tanks and similar works conforming to Fe-290, Gde -E- 165 complete all as specified.

S&F hard drawn mild steel wire fabric cut to lengths, bent to shape required and size of aperture as per site requirement weight not exc 4.00 kg per sqm including necessary welding and dismantling old wire fabric complete all as specified.

M&L for ornamental and intricate design of MS Framed work as in gates, grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 and portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, holdfasts, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Galvanized. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Supply only MS galvanized chain link fencing, any mesh , size and type complete all as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type, to any type of standard rails, straining bolts etc., including binding wire and taking down old chain link fencing complete all as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement type B0 (1:2:4) (12.5 mm graded aggregate) concrete louvres and jallies,25mm thick (measured solid), including all mould- ings including frame

Excavating in post holes in hard dense soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm

M&L for Cement concrete Type C2 (1:3:6) ( 40 mm graded aggregate )in foundations,filling and mass concrete
