Demolition of brick work for stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified.

Dismantling of bricks or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons etc laid dry or laid dry and pointed (laid flat or on edge, half or less that half) all as directed.

M & L for Brick work using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified..

M&L for brick work using sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) but except bricks ( old serviceable bricks to be used ) complete all as specified. Note :- The rate includes for cleaning of old bricks.

M&L for brick work using sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in CM (1:4), complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work using sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in CM (1:4), but except bricks complete all as specified.

M & L Brickwork with sub-class `B' bricks in brick-on-edge walls (less than 1/2 brick thick,) built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes or similar holes each not exc 0.50 Cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25cm watering and ramming surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, post holes, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

M & L for mild steel work as in post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape, as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets, etc incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, welding etc and including embedding in concrete etc; complete all as specified

Supply only mild steel galvanised chain link fencing of mesh size as directed by GE and dia of wire not less than 3 mm etc. complete all as specified and as directed .

Fixing only in repairs chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire. (Line wire shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only rate).

Supply only mild steel Round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with10 mm dia of neck and 40 mm long, hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs galvanised steel , 2 strand barbed wire 2.24mm dia , barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 65mm to 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed (each line of wire to be measured), complete all as specified

Fixing only in repairs galvanised steel barbed wire of any description including restraining resecuring including making good staples etc complete all as specified.

S & F MS framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc shall be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as directed conforming to Fe 410-W, Gde E-250 quality B.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colouras approved, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified.

S & F MS rolled mild steel for roof trusses (framed ), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe -290 Gde E-165.

M & L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description exc 10 CM width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of old steel and iron surfaces of any description exc 10 CM width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on any faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth ( without using extra cement), complete all as specified.

M & L preparation of new concrete surfaces and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer of any description over 10cm girth or width not otherwise described, complete all as specified.

M & L preparation of old concrete surfaces and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint of any description over 10cm girth or width not otherwise described, complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plasterered wall/ceiling surfaces including preparation of these surfaces and matching the colour / tint with existing surfaces complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) including tiles of any description & terrazo finish / tiles of any description, etc. in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as floors, plinth protection, path etc and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Dismantling of interlocking tile of any description any size and staking serviceable and unserviceable tile separately complete all as specified and directed/

S&F 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking tiles of any shape, size colour/ pattern grade M-35 as per IS-15658-2006 of approve design laid over and including 25 mm thick sand filling complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 31above but except interlocking tiles complete.

M & L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates in kerb stone, quoin block, apex stones etc, set in cement mortar (1:4) including use and waste of necessary form work, weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including demolition of old damaged PCC kerb stone and including removing the demolished material exceeding 50 mtr but not exc 250 mtr away from site and disposal off in low laying area all as specified and directed

All as per item No 33 above but except kerb stones complete.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping , cills, bands, bed plates, surface channels including use and waste of necessary form work complete all as specified.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigments, 25cm x 25cm x 22-25mm/ or 30cmx 30cm x 22- 25mm thick, coloured & design as approved, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors etc; laid over & including 15mm thick screed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified.

M & L first quality, scratch free, straight cut/joint free, vitrified pavers for external use, 9-10mm thick, of size 300mm x 300mm, in floors etc over & including 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed, set and jointed with grey cement slurry & pointed with grout of matching shade of tiles, complete.

M&L precast cement concrete louvers and jallies type B-0 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate 40 mm thick (measured solid) in (1:2:4) including all mouldings and set in Cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc. (Inner girth shall only be measured) complete all as specified.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ditto above complete all as specified.

M & L for stainless Steel framed work of Pipes, hollow square / rectangular sections, angles, Tees, flat including gusset plates etc and welding and or riveting etc as required, as in frame work for sign boards, railings, grills and other similar work, etc; complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 3 mm thick ACP sheet of any colour as approved one side covered with retro-reflective sheet including necessary printing letters, numbers, up to a hight of 30 cm, index hands ( natural size ) or arrows ( upto 40 cm long ) and stops, comma, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets etc with retro-reflective sheet and with necessary fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 43 above but both sides complete.

S&F 2 mm thick fiber glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc. including dismantling of any description complete all as specified. .

S& F 40 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking tiles of any shape, size , colour/ pattern as per IS-15658-2006 of approved design laid over and including 25mm thick sand filling complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 46 here-in-before but for except interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed.
