Renovation to Nareijani M.I.P Res in Baramba Block of Cuttack District under DPIW scheme for the year 2025-26

Clearing grass uprooting stumps and small bushes and trees 1 M girth on premeasurement and removal of rubbish and depositing the same clear of work site with all leads, lifts and delifts etc with supply of all labour and t&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer- in -Charge

Earth work in ordinary soil within initial lead of 50 Mtr. and 1.50 Mtr. initial lift including rough dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5Cm. to 7Cm. size laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 Mtr. in depth etc. complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil to proper section and profile with all leads, lifts and delifts including dressing and levelling the bed to proper slope and level and making it fit for laying concrete and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site with all leads, lifts and delifts including dewatering if necessary from foundation with all labour and T&P required for the item complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation of all kinds of soil including moorum, stoney earth, gravel etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014cum in volume for dam base stripping, cut-off trenches, outfall drains and stripping in borrow area including rough dressing and dumping the excavated material away from work site manually within initial lead and lift including stacking the useful material as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Excavation,loading,unloading and carriage by mecanical means of all kinds of soil,including stoney earth,gravel and moorum etc interspread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.Within an intial lead of 2km from the place of excavation complete.per 1 cum

Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil within initial lead of 1km on properly prepared and scientifically approved suface including spreading and compaction with sheep foot roller and sozers but excluding watering and compaction in dams and dykes for all heights including construction , maintainance, watering & lighting of haul road and borrow area as per the direction of EIC.

Providing suppliing drilling and injecting chemical imulsion on dam slopes including cost of all materials labour, T&P required for work site as per direction of EIC

Cement Concrete works of M10 with 40 mm Size crusser broken granite metal & down graded of approved quality quarried and free from weathered skin including lifting the materials lowering, hoisting and laying the concrete for required level with curing ramming finishing etc. complete in all respect to proper slope and level with cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials etc. complete including dewatering as and when necessary as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement Concrete works of M15 with 20 mm Size crusser broken granite metal & down graded of approved quality quarried and free from weathered skin including lifting the materials lowering, hoisting and laying the concrete for required level with curing ramming finishing etc. complete in all respect to proper slope and level with cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials etc. complete including dewatering as and when necessary as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement Concrete works of M20 with 20 mm Size crusser broken granite metal & down graded of approved quality quarried and free from weathered skin including lifting the materials lowering, hoisting and laying the concrete for required level with curing ramming finishing etc. complete in all respect to proper slope and level & providing expansion joints with cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials etc. complete including dewatering as and when necessary as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying straightening, cutting, bending, binding, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement of different diameter and laying in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and fixing of reinforcement including lapping where necessary with all leads, lifts from bending yard to placement spot including cost ,conveyance & all taxes of reinforcement as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering with the box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermidiate construction joints in rafts of weirs,barrages and dam blocks including dismantling them after casting including cost of materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C.foundation,plinth band and footing bases of columns mass concrete precast slab including false works and dismantling them after casting including cost of materials complete in ground floor

Filling in foundaiton and plinth with sand including watering and ramming etc.complete including cost, conveyance ,royalty and all other taxes of all materials with supply of all labour and T & P required for the work etc.complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Rough stone dry packing in approns and revetments to all heights with hard granite stone 30Cm and above including spalls for filling and wedging with cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials required for the work and finished to proper slope and level complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Ramming or rolling earth work with light H.R.R. in embankment in layers not exceeding 0.30m complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Supplying& placing of 12mm thick Bituminous expansion joint board etc.complete including conveyance,royality and all other taxes of all materials with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work.As directed by the EIC.

Removing old revetment and approns and repacking with old stones use ful materials for reuse and removing the debrises etc complete directed by the Engineer in-charge. (labour charges ) only

Loosening,leveling and compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment,scarified to a depth of 150mm mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in table 300-2 for embankment construction and clause 305 of MORTH specification of road and bridge works etc.

Providing and laying admixure with sand and moorum in (2:3) proportion with cost, carriage royalty of all materials and laying the admixture in canal bed and slopes, wel water and rammed to line and level, with cost of all labour , T&P, workers welfare cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of Engineer -in- charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of IRC- Grade-II (63mm to 45 mm ) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying, and brooming requisite type of screening/blinding materials to fill up the interstics of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MORST&H specification for road & bridge work ( 4 th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of IRC- Grade-III (53mm to 22.4 mm ) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying, and brooming requisite type of screening/blinding materials to fill up the interstics of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MORST&H specification for road & bridge work ( 4 th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MOSRT&H Specifications for road & bridge works.etc as directed by the EIC.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulation pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminious / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT&H specifications for road& bridge works etc.as directed by the EIC.

Labour for laying 20mm thick premix carpeting using 0.27 cum of 13.20mm and 0.09cum of 6mm size chips and 14.60kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR inclusive of hire and running charges of PRR,bitumen mixtures,tar boilers and all other T&P articles but excluding cost and conveyance of chips and bitumen complete as per specification and direction of the EIC.

Labour for laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat Type-B using 0.06 cum of 6.7mm of 6mm size chips and down graded as per sieve analysis and 6.8kg of bitumen for 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR inclusive of hire and running charges of PRR,bitumen mixtures,tar boilers and all other T&P articles but excluding cost and conveyance of chips and bitumen complete as per specification and direction of the EIC.

Supplying and stacking good quality moorum at road sides in regular box heaps and conveying from stacks and spreading in uniform thickness on road surface including watering and rolling with PRR with cost , conveyance , royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour , T&P, workers welfare cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Supplying and spreading sand of approved specification for filter in rock toe riprap and filter drains in earth dam and dyke to proper slope and level within an initial lead as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Dismantlling and removing cement concrete work of all height including stacking the use ful materials for reuse and removing the debrises etc complete(labour charges ) only as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supply ,fitting fixing of RCC (1:2:4)fencing poststandard RCC posts with chips 1.68m long, 13cmx13cjm at bottom 8cmx8cm at top and 30cm x30cm x8cm at base finished smooth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

supply of standrard G.I barbed wire at site of workof reputed manufactured(of weight not less than 9.38kg /100m) as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Labour for fixing barbed wire fencing and post by means of staples and straining hooks by means of tying G.I wire including cost of staples,hooks and tying wires as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
