Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift in hard gravelly soil, hard stiff clay, black cotton soil, hard red earth,shales, murram, and earth muds with 50% fair sized boulders as per SS 20B for narrow foundasan

Filling with gravel including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc.

Supplying and Filling in foundation,basement with M Sand including all Cost and Conveyance

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm metal including cost and conveyanceof all materials to work site and all labour charges etc.

Brick work in C.M 1:5 mix using country bricks incuding cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

RCC 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm metal including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Supplying and errecting for sides & soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surface in all floors including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Supplying and errecting for sides & soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surface in all floors including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Supply and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance and alla labour charges etc. complete.

Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3, 10mm thick including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Providing Granolithic Flooring CC 1:2:4 mix using 20 mm metal including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Paving the Top of roof with Solar reflective ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.Sand) 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout (Nitotile Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Painting two coat with ready mixed plastic emulsion of first quality paint and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorogh scarpping clean removal of dirt etc complete.

Painting two coat with Oilbound Distember of first quality paint and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorogh scarpping clean removal of dirt etc complete.

Painting two coats using enamal paint including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Supply and Fixing of Steel Doors including all Labour Cost and Conveyance

Supply and Fixing of Steel Windows including all Labour Cost and Conveyance
