Note :- The bidders are advised to visit at site to ascertain the qty and quality of timber to be retreived in view of credit schedule before quoting their rates

Dismantling post&struts (wood, steel, RCC) any section including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground post embeded in concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel work as in tubular trusses, purlins, rafter, vertical post and similar works including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS- 1161-1979 gde SI-240 including Anti rust corrosion primer incl prepartion of surface at contractor workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and shown on Drg No. CEDZ/ST-2678 Sheet 1/1 dated 27 Nov 2019.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement corrugated/semi-corrugated sheets in roof coverings incl ridges etc at any height complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing Pre-painted galavalume alumininum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa (having weight not less than 4.35Kg/Sqm) as in roof covering fixed with cadmium plated tapping screws of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply & fixing Pre-painted galavalume alumininum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa (having not less than 4.35Kg/Sqm) as in roof covering, ridge and valley gutter etc fixed with Cadmium plated tapping screws of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F of 2 mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated printed sheeting with two corrugations , side lap fixed with coatch screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling board including frame GI/ Aluminium (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slab of any thickness and any description incl cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI anodised snap grid ceiling made of tee and angle section of size 24.5 x 24.5 x 1.50 mm thick, size of grid 605x605 mm with GI suspended wire of dia 2 to 3 mm fixed with wooden/ steel truss/ rafter including necessary fitting / fixture complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F 12 mm thick BioGuard @ plain RH-95 medium density fire retardant mineral fiber ceiling board of size 605 mm x 605 mm and fixed in ceiling at any height etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Mud in roofs, any thickness, including PCC/plastering and leeping plaster complete and removing the spoil to a distance exc 250 m but n exc 500 m complete all as specifed & as directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete, type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) as in kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges or roof padding, Gola, etc including cleaning the surface by wire brushing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick rendering on concrete surface of roof with cement mortar 1:4 is to be finished even and smooth(without using extra lime or cement) and including mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only water proofing compound (powder) of standard make as approved by GE complete all as specifed & directed.

M&L for roof treatment with APP modified water proofing menbrance as per the description below:- (a) Cleaning the new plastered surfaced and applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.3 Ltr /Sqm (confirming to IS-3384) on prepared surface. After drying of primer apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen confirming to (IS-702) @ 1.20kg/ Sqm (b) Laying APP (Atatic polypropyline) modified five layered membrance 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.5 kg/Sqm with center core 160 GSM/Sqm :- core reinforced and laid with 100mm side overlap and 150 mm end lap. The memberenace shall be laid with LPG torch application overlaps shall be sealed and finished neatly as per manufacuturars instructions. (c) Finishing the top surface of membrance by applying a coat of silver aluminium paint complete all as per specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and cladding tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, walls, etc and removing the debris out off MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 17 to 20 mm thick machine cut kota stone flooring laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finished jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade incl all grade rubbing and polishing upto mirror (polishing) image complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.24 (here-in-before) on skirting/dado over and including 10 mm thick rendering coat in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in floors, steps, cooking platforms and like over and including 15 mm thick in cement screed mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of other than white and black including moulding, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Granite (of any type)18 to 20mm thick work (table rubbed and polished) in floors,steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills,cooking platforms including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) from, serviceble tiles to store and including disposal of all debris removed in MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles digital coloured double charged 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 7mm to 8mm thick ceramic non skid tiles coloured of area exc 0.11 Sqm but nexc 0.18 Sqm (400x400mm) in flooring set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with tiles laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for digital coloured glazed ceramic tiles of 450 x300mm, 7mm thick in vertical surfaces (including designed borders ) such size skirting and dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in coloured cement to match over and including rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (Rate of Designer border in vertical surface will deemed to be included into quoted rates)

Taking down / Dismantling carefully the air curtain unit and connected wiring, Transportation of complete set from location to MES store yard, refixing of same unit at location complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge & detail as under:- (a) Fixing of unit wall mounting type (to be installed inside the room) complete with, wiring and accessories all as directed. Fixing of unit on wall shall be as per standard recommendation practice of manufacturers. (b) Erection of unit on outside of the building, fixed over old clamp / bracket, all as per standard practice of manufacturer. (c) All civil work such as making hole in the wall for passing of wire etc, to be done, as directed by Engr-in-Charge including making good disturbed surface. (d) Providing 4 sqmm 3 core PVC insulated copper cable for unit from main switch of unit with necessory PVC piping all as specified by engineer in charge.

Taking down carefully patient call bell, speaker and cameras and camera wiring, wall mounted fans and making good disturbed surfaces of wall floor etc and deposite to mes store yard and refixing the above said items at location during the execution of work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and as directed.
