Routine maintenance of electrical installations at CSIR-NEERI, Nagpur campus (Main substations, East-West colonies & its switch stations, Guest House, Enetry Gates, BWF, Dispensory, Pump House, Community hall etc.) system maintenance of 11/0.433 KV indoor substations,Transformer, DG starting batteries, preventive maintenace of panel & associated switch gears.The details scope works is specified in annexure-A.

Supply of single phase Electrical energy meter 10 -40 Amp 10-40 Amps with LCD display, class 1 accuracy.

Earthing with G.I earth plate 600 × 600 × 6 mm thick including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal or coke and salt complete as reqiured

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I wire in 15 mm dia. G.I pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and re-filling the trench etc.as reqiured.

Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides & ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil & disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50 meters.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, side of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering , lead up to 50 meters.

Supply of 200A, 16 KA, Four Pole MCCB rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in exixting cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Supply of 150 A, 16 KA, Four Pole MCCB rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in exixting cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Supply of 125 A, 16 KA, Four Pole MCCB rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in exixting cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Installation of exhaust fan Upto 450 mm sweep in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying of 8 way , Double door, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying armoured cable 4 x 10 sq mm: Armoured cable of XLPE insulated (cross linked polythelene) PVC sheathed, armoured with galvanised round / strip steel, 1100 V. grade conforming to I.S. 1554 (part-1) & IS :7098 (part-1), 4 core 10 Sq. mm. stranded Aluminium conductor.

Comprehensive maintenance of street lights at CSIR-NEERI, Nagpur campus having more than 250 street light poles (More than 200LED Fittings) ( 125 poles in Institute & 125 in east west colonies) on pole of length upto 13 meters with fittings of 150 W & 250 W HPSV Lamp, 4 X 24 T5 lamps, 24 watt ballast. 35 W to 100 W LED Lights, fittings. Contractor shall be responsible of working operation of street lights thoroughout 365 days. No material tools & plants including ladder will be provided to the contractor. Contractor will have to provide each & every spare part of the street light fitting such as Lamp, Ballast, condensor, Igniter, starters, whole fittings & other misc materials.

Supplying,installation,testing and commissioning of Astronomical time switch of 3 output (1output per phase) and suitable for three phase supply configuration to be mounted in feeder pillars / Lighting DBs for automatic switching On & OFF of street lights at sun set & sun rise or twilight(Auto ON, Auto OFF, Auto modes) with manual override facility with 12/24 hour display format with suitable battery and indication for relay status i/c programming at site complete as required
