Excavation of pillar pit (size 3'x3'x2.5'=0.637 M cub) including all earth works with backfilling & leveling etc (Qty= 80 Nos. x 0.637= 50.96 M3

RCC works for making support Piller (Column) stand with base apart every 4.0 mtr. with branded cement approved coarse sand (F.M.1.8 to 2.5) and 2 cm gauge hard stone ballast like granite, quartzite etc. from Dalla, Jhansi or other quarries in portion concrete M20 grade (1:2:4) (Cement: Sand: Coarse) and fixing MS Iron T shape channel inside 1' from the top of pillar for support of different size hydrant pipe line running above gravel / ground level in the switch yard and including of pillar, curing, cutting of reinforcement bar, bending & binding the same with winding wire, including cost of all other materials labour and T&P etc. excluding T shape channel.

Cement concrete 3' Piller size (1'X9"X3') + Base Size (2.5' X 2.5' X 0.5')= 0.0637 + 0.0886 = 0.1523 X 80 Nos. = 12.184 m3

Provide & Fabricate T- Support stand (Size=1.5' x 1.0') with MS Iron Shape Channel (100 x 50 mm std) and make hole for tightening of different size emlsifire& Aire pipe Line with suitable clamp, nuts & bolts.

Providing and complete installation work of fire hose boxes with paints, 63 mm dia GM fire hydrant with hose pipe (15 mtr long) complete set with nozzle and grouting with cement concrete (1:2:4)

Spray painting of gate valve/foot valve and T-Stand (with Black color) Water pipe Lines (with red color) & air pipe lines (with Blue Color) up to plinth level with one coat Red oxide Primer & two coat of Blue, Red and Black color synthetic enamel of 1st Class quality make Asian/ Berger/ Nerolac, after cleaning of rust & dust.
