SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [ E/M WORKS]

Material and labour to carryout test and identify exact location and nature of defect in 11 KV HT UG cable any size/type using cable fault locator/equipment including finding of cable route as per site requirement including transportation, testing after rectification and restoring of the supply in all respects and commissioning etc complete all as specified and as directed Note : Earth work, cable joints as per site requirement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of the schedule.

Meggering of cable for checking of fault for fault rectification for any size any palce after disconnection of cabel from both side including relooping and relaying and refixing the same after fault rectification complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up old /existing unserviceable defective HT 11000V UG Cable of size 185 sqmm 3 core from the existing trenches/ near panels and keep a side carefully and segrigating serviceable portion of cable for Reuse complete all as specified and as directed Note Earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking up old /existing unserviceable defective HT 11000V UG Cable of size 95 sqmm 3 core from the existing trenches/ near panels and keep a side carefully and segrigating serviceable portion of cable for Reuse complete all as specified and as directed Note Earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying, testing for replacement against unserviceable part of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 185 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing for replacement against unserviceable part of item No 22 here-in-before XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed .

Relaying in trenches serviceable electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 185 sqmm 3 core retrieved from ground complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying in trenches serviceable electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core retrieved from ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying unreinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class HV type 1 flat size 300 x 180 x 40 mm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed

Spreading riddled earth in trenches, including levelling, punning for cushioning of cables all as specified. NOTE 1:- Punned thickness of sand cushioning shall be measured. NOTE2:- Earth as obtained from item No. 14.00 here-in-before in cable trenches

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Relaying in trenches serviceable un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, retrieved from item ground complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Precast concrete (PCC) cable route indicator of size 350mm x 200mm x 200mm with slanting top duly embossed ' HT CABLE ' or ' HT LOOP' including and planted on PCC foundation 1:3:6 type C2(40mm aggregate) 450x450x100mm complete including taking out old damaged indicators and demolition of PCC near old indicators, necessary earth work, site clearance, painting and preparation of surface complete all as directed.

M & L cutting of road, hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soiling and morrum filling including excavation for laying of cable pipe all as directed and making good the road/hard standing by using all old/new materials and with PCC (1:2:4) etc, required to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Galvanised iron tubing 100 mm dia light grade laind in trenches/floors/walls for eath lead protection and cables at road crossing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for servicing, overhauling HT VCB panel complete 11 KV 400-800 Amps, upto 500 MVA of various make/type and checking door lock system, checking for phase sequence, mechanical and electrical interlocking system, complete wiring checking of relays, trip coil, spring charge motor, closing coil etc, tightening all the mechanical and electrical joints complete and writing with paint the Feeder name and checking the functionality in position after servicing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Quoted rate includes S&F all minor spares and wires required during servicing. (ii) Replacement of unserviceable major spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant items here-in-after however fixing charges/labour cost for the spares to be included in the rate quoted for item .

Material and labour for calibration of HT VCB panel complete 11 KV 400-800 Amps, upto 500 MVA of various make/type including relay,tripping mechanism etc as per standard/ specified/directed by OEM certified agency and submitting report all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down old exisiting CTs from VCB including after taking shutdown complete breaker removing, Supply and fixing New CT on position with all connection complete testing and commissioning of Metering and Protective CT 11000V Core-1- 150/5 A Burden-15VA Class-1, Core-2- 15 V Class, ISF/ALF-10 of STC-25/26.3 KA/1sec, 50 Hz, Insulating level- 12/28/75 KV tempt cat (5/50 degree C) complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make- INSTRANS/KALPA/ELECTROHMS

Servicing of 11KV Amps SF6 KISOK circuit breakers outdoor type replacement of unservivable spare parts ,checking of mechanism, fixed and moving contacts, removing of carbon deposits on fixed and moving contacts, checking of control wiring, trripping circuit wiring, testing of CT insulation resistance values and testing of operation manual and remote all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Replacing of PCB in existing Battery Charger 230/30Volts of any make including testing and installing of battery Charger complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting and taking down old exisiting Bus bar insulator from VCB including after taking shutdown complete breaker removing, Supply and fixing New Bus bar insulator on position with all connection complete testing and commissioning 11000V of capacity 1250 Amps on existing aluminium bus including cleaning with CTC and complete insulation of bus bar after completing the work all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply only the following spare parts for HT VCB panel complete 11 KV 400-800 Amps, upto 500 MVA of various make/typeall as specified and as directed NOTE : (i) labour cost for taking down old u/s item and fixing of following new items deemed to be included in Rate quoted for item No-24 here-in-before

Isolate, disconnect, dismantle the burnt out lugs from the main connections and crimping with proper new 120 Sqmm/150 Sqmm/185 Sqmm lugs and glands as per existing one including fixing insulation tape termination to main connections of HT/LT cables complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Isolate, disconnect, dismantle the burnt out lugs from the main connections and crimping with proper new 50/70/95 Sqmm Lugs and glands as per existing one including fixing insulation tape termination to main connections of HT/LT cables complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Servicing of 11KV 3-Phase Gang Operated Device including replacing the defective items and applying mineral Jelly,oil, grease after proper removal of carbon deposits, refixing of Switch A/B Gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on isolator and steel frame with operating mechanisam works from Ground level, complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Renewal of barrel fuse single pole 20 amps (suitable for 200 KVAR capacitor bank each of 100 KVAR capacity) complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply only Tinned Copper fuze wire of following for 30 Amp to 50 capacity complete all as specified and as directed

Servicing of existing On Load Tap Changer of Power Transformer including repair/ replacement of wornout parts/ coils, moving contact and testing to founctioning properly complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Testing of wiring including disconnection and reconnections from control panel to transformer buchauls relays, winding temperature, oil temperature, oil level temperature cutout relay, master trip relay, auxillary protection relay complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- The rates included with all spares parts.

Renewal of unserviceable burnt out HT support insulator 11 KV capacity all material including of SF-6 breaker with & including necessary fixing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Renewal of unserviceable female contact/fixed contact jaw of capacity 800 Amps complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Renewal of unserviceable male contact/fixed contact jaw of capacity 800 Amps complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/ replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc. or deposite to MES store yard (spare/components for replacement to be provided free by department)

M & L switch air brake gang operated Triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 400 amps 11000 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Air break (switch) insulator for 11000 volts 400 amps complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for L.T. lightning arresters for outdoor use, non-liner resistor type, horn gap and choking coil, maximum working pressure 1100 volts complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable mild steel cross arms, bracings, supports, channels,angles,clamps etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cross arms, bracings, supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections incl. nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparing the surface all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the electric supply and taking down the broken unserviceable HT 11 KV post top insulator and S&F post top porcelain insulator vitrous brown with GI clamp nuts bolts etc suitable for HT 11000 Volts grade working pressure complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down the unserviceable disc insulator and S&F new disc type porcelain insulator vitreous brown 145mm height and 255mm dia ball and socket type single disc assembly with GI clamp nuts and bolts etc suitable for 11000 V grade working pressure complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down the unserviceable HT 11 KV, Pin insulator and S&F new Pin type porcelain insulator vitreous brown 150 mm dia,top groove 19mm with GI spindle and other accssoriesle suitable for 11000 V grade working pressure complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick size HT 25 x 20 cm of mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamp, bolts and nuts of approved of size including taking down rusted danger plates complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 with 40 mm Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC for coping /road cutting/earth pit chamber for existing poles/location whereever necessary, 1:3:6 type C-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Removing of metal from the yard and depositing a side for 2 pole structure yard for the filling of stone dust in yard and refilling the same duly cleaning (first 40mm metal and 20mm metal after it) from the foreign materials and dust after laying stone dust layers complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Minimum 6 inches Stone dust shall be filled after punning down.

Supply and spread grade stone aggregate 40mm in structure yard 2/4 poles complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and spread grade stone aggregate 20mm in structure yard 2/4 poles complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning the 2/3 Pole structure of any height including Cross arm and Angles, fitting of any description clean thoroughly with cleaning agent including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/dust/ rust carefully and applying two coat of synthetic aluminium paint (From copping to GOD) and two coat of Red postal colour Paint from GOD to above of pole and sturcture, over one coat of red oxide metal primer paint before 01 Day of aluminium & Red painting, and marking of Strip (01 to 03) by Fluroscent Paint as per KV Grading up to a height of 1.5m above, the PCC coping painted with 02 coats of black synthetic enamel paint including writing of pole numbers complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Zebra Strip size & Colour of painting as directed by Engr -in-Charge at the time of execution. Make:- ASIAN (APCOLITE)/ SHALIMAR (SUPERLAC)/ BERGER (LUXOL)

Dismantling of old u/s HT meter box and Supply & fabrication of HT meter box out door type canopy weather proof with IP 67 grade CPRI approved of size 600mm x 900mm x 450mm made of 3 mm thick sheet steel outdoor type including suitable terminal TPN 10 KA SMC connector for 3 Phase cable line In&Out, of protection CRCA sheet powder coated with support of angle iron of 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle iron bottom legs with minimum height of 60 cm frame with double hinged front openable shutters of each feeder control unit with allen key locking arrangement in front openable inspection doors complete along with provision of necessary cable entry/exit boxes for all incoming and out going cables with suitable cable glands etc fixed on suitable PCC foundations complete testing and commissioning complete :- (Drawing of Panel and connections shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge before starting the panel work and Taking down old unsv from site as directed by Engr-In-Charge)

M&L for repairing the existing earth pit chamber before removing the existing twisting earth pit and sink into the ground, broken RCC cover etc. with replacment of new RCC cover of existing size and improve the earth value with added salt and water findout the earth value using digital earth tester after disconnection of earth electrode from earth chamber for maintaining the record and fill the data in earth test register incl writing the earth value on earth pit with date of measurement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level, with top edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 mtr below ground connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6mm by means of GI bolts and nuts, washers and GI earth strip protected by GI pipe light grade 50mm bore upto 7.5 mtr and connecting to HT/ LT switch gear etc as per site requirement including necessary excavation, earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 earth chamber, 40mm thick RCC cover with 6mm dia MS bars 10cm C/C on both ways as reinforcement complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part 1 (2009) connected to earthing test points complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i)Quoted rate deemed to include necessary earth work, PCC chamber, RCC cover, reinforcement, removal of surplus soil, site clearance etc. (ii) GI earth strip 32 x 6mm, GI tubing light grade 50mm dia upto 7.5 mtr deemed to be included the rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) Beyond 7.5 mtr the GI earth strip 32 x 6mm & GI pipe light grade 50mm dia shall be measured under relevant item of the schedule.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or buried in ground or fixed to poles or any other indicated situated for loop earthing etc. as required GI earth strip of size 32x6mm complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
