S & F Factory made internal PVC door frame of size 50x47mm single revated made out of extruded 5 mm PVC foam sheet, mitre cut at two corners and jointed with 02 Nos of 150 mm brackets of 15x15 mm MS square tube. The two vertical door profiles are to be in forced with 40x20 mm MS tube of 19 gauge through out the frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Providing and fixing 30mm thick FACTORY MADE MOULDED DOOR SHUTTER ‐ WOOD FREE consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19gauge thickness and size of 25mm x 25mm for stiles, top and bottom rails. M. S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers. The inner panel shall consist of 25mm thick EPS of Density 23 Kg /Cbm. bonded with 2mm thick termite proof, water proof and fire resistant moulded PVC Sheet Manufactured by an ISO‐9001‐2015 certified company, with 2, 4, 6 raised panel design in different plain and / or prelam colours after routing the Moulded design on one side & 2mm plain and /or prelam PVC sheet on other side of the EPS. M&L Machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar, over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, over 10 mm thick cement plaster (1:4), on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface as backing, including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed

M&L for zed granite Black Work 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished ) as in cooking platforms, and like over 15mm thick cement screed base in CM (1:4) including pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture pigment to match with shade of slab complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite tiles 18 to 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including 15 mm thick screed bed of CM (1:4) , as in tread and riser of staircase,steps , jambs, pillars, window- cills, complete complete as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick crushed stone dust/sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as directed.

Material and labour for 60mm thick machine pressed glossy finish precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size & Colour M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment, confirming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles, with grey cement and pigment 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor or pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 50 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection,flooring etc,complete all as specified

M&L for 5mm thick rendering on concrete surface of ceiling in CM 1:3 and rendering is to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement,including taking down old cement plaster.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cemet plalster in CM 1:4 over wall / concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement,including taking down old cement plaster, at any height, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of new plasterd or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil bound destemper over 2 mm thick putty,Priming plastered and other surfaces with alkaliresistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of new plasterd or unplastered surfaces of Ceiling and applying two coat of oil bound destemper, complete all as specified and directed
