1. Non Comprehensive AMC for Addressable Fire Alarm System (Honeywell EST model) for unkeepment at Shakti Bhawan, Lucknow. (firm will cover following items installed inside the building under AMC). For maintenance of below system/items some materials are required which will be provided by contractor as per requirement (Logbook/Complaint Register & workers dairy, Cotton waste material pocha, detergent, PVC Tape, Smoke sensor Spray, Bolwer machine, Detector testing kit, Any other consumable items required for the job, except below detailed items. 2. Operation and maintenance services under non-comrehensive annual maintenance contract of addressable fire alarm and detection system installed at 15 storey, Shakti Bhawan Extension Building and 7 storey Head Quarter Building by providing Two(2) technicians in general shift. Detail of Equipment:- Fire Alarm Panel -2 Nos. Smoke Detectors-1180 nos./Heat Detectors-20 nos. -1200 Nos. Manual Call point -75 Nos. Hooters/strobe -70 Nos. Conectors/Control Module -70 Nos. 2 Core Power wire for DC/AC -11000 mtrs UPS -1 Nos. Response Indicator -200 Nos. Repeater panel -2 Nos. PA system set -2 Nos. Speaker -68 Nos.
Servicing and maintenance of Addressable Fire Alarm and Detection system installed at 15 storey Shakti Bhawan Extn. Building and 7 storey Head Quarter Building Bimonthly visit by an Engineer/System software expert and any number of visits on calls as required.
