SUB-HEAD I : Supply of VRF/VRV units

Supply of Air Cooled High efficient Top Discharge Modular Type VRF Outdoor units having cooling operation with highly efficient Inverter Scroll Compressor with R-410A refrigerant green gas. The Outdoor units must have accumulator. The Outdoor units condenser fan minimum external static pressure not less than 80 Pa. All the units shall be provided with microprocessor based control for sequential starting of condensing units, advance refrigerant control with Silicon coated refrigerant cool PCB for very high ambient temperature , Liquid back flow protection , precise oil control technology, 3ph DC motor condenser fan motor, various electrical protection like-phase sequence, high /low voltage protection ,compressor overload protection, fan & compressor temperature protection & pressure protection. The Outdoor unit also having blue fins with 4 face heat exchanger with anti-corrosion coating & capable to run stably even in 55 Deg C. The outdoor units must work at 43°C DBT with no deration at 100% load at AHRI condition on all the below ODU configurations. Also the IEER (Watt/Watt) of the offered ODUs should be at least 5)(Data to be substantiated with Technical Data Sheet from OEM): (Make-Voltas/ Blue Star / Mitsubishi/ O General/ Daikin /Fujitsu -General /Panasonic /Carrier)

Wraping the VRF Copper tube insualtions with 50mm 3M aluminum foil tape 425 certified to meet L-T-80C Class “L” low flammability rating (File R 7311). The very low moisture vapor transmission rate makes these tapes as a vapor barrier for Copper refrigerant pipes with protection to the outer wall of tube insulation.

Supply & Fixing of G.I Perforated Tray 1.6 mm thick for laying , fixing & covering of refrigerant pipes and communication cbles to be fixed on wall in sandwitch form with long fastener bolts nuts washers of suitable size of following dimension ( for theft protection of outside portion of copper pipe lines).

Febrication of iron Bracket/ platform which consist 100*50*5 mm 'C' channel main support, 50*50*6 mm iron angle for main frame & cross angle support from wall to structure, 25*25*5mm iron angle for safty guarding frame, 25*25*6mm iron angle for making 450mm wide both side platform of out door unit for future maintenance work, it should have the facility to install the Outdoor VRF Unit and sufficent space should be maintained both side of the outdoor unit for maintenance work also have suitable angle support between wall & bracket and painting the same incl. drilling holes in each Angle including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with (1:1 ½:3) cement concrete etc. and painting- the drawing of the same should be approved by EIC before fabrication.

Supply & providing drop ceiling to cover the indoor units & supply air duct including the cost of 3mm thick ACP sheet as per manufacturer's specification on the frame work fabricated from Aluminium hollow rectangular section of size 50mm x 25mm (1.6mm thick) & duly suspended by Aluminium hollow rectangular section of size 50mm x 38mm (1.6 mm thick) and silicon sealent complete in all respect as per direction of EIC. (Make:Aludecor/Pratapbond).(for seminar halls, Meeting room, MSVP chamber etc.)

Installation of VRF/VRV outdoor units on roof top on iron structure incl S&F antivibration pad, all fastenimg nuts bolts of suitable size; testing and commissioning of entire VRF / VRV ac system incl. S&F at least 2nos system controllers and cost of nitrogen flushing of refrigerant lines vaccuming the same and extra charge of refrigerant gas as required including cost of lifting, shifting the units, necessary scaffolding arrangement etc as required to complete the job as per satisfaction of the EIC.

Special Terms and Conditions 1 All the issues related to the safety of the staffs should be taken care by the agency itself. 2. TC & WC of Items must be submitted to the department before commencement of work.3. LT panel inspection, tests must be carried out in the manufacturers place in presence of the Engineers of department and all the expenses to be beared by agency. 4. before commencement of work agency must take the approval of makelist of items from department) (Defect Libilities period for 01 year from the date of completion of work)

The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.

If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules
