Removing the blacktopping of 30cm thickness and forming cable open trench and cable duct at road crossing 60 cm wide and 135 cm deep (Clear) including cost of using machinery providing danger lights, indication arrangements wherever necessary, leads, lifts, labour, tools and plants etc., complete.

Earth work excavation in all soils including slush and slit under water requiring the aid of basket and vessels and forming cable trench and cable duct at road crossing 60 cm wide and 105 cm deep (clear) including cost of signal boards, danger light, indication arrangements wherever necessary and providing shoring and strutting arrangements wherever necessary all labour, leads, lifts, tools and plants etc., complete. The excavated earth should be placed in one side of trench preferably on foot path side , not to obstruct free flow of traffic.

Drilling, Reaming laying of 33kV cable (3Nos.) using Trenchless technology method at a depth of about 1.50 m or more by using directinal drilling unit equipped with automated pipe handling system ( horizontal directional drilling machine) using bentonite mud mixing system ana all necesary accesories using pulling the cable carefully without damaging other services like telephone, internet cables, water pipes etc., installation including cost of pipe hire charges for all the accessories and equipment etc., taking the necessary drive kit for drilling and laying the cable remove the excavated earth. The rate quoted for including the charges of GPR (Gound penetrating rador) survey for identifying the existing utility in the proposed bore path (closing and opening)

Providing MS barricading 1.5 m height using ms sheet 4 m thick ms angle 50X50X8 mm base channel 100X 50 of all material leads, lifts , labour, welding and erection, transporting at site placing in position shifting to new location after completion works, tools & plants eyc, complete

Laying of 1x630 sq.mm 33KV XLPE UG cable by means of winch over rollers provided by contractor. The rate includes the cost of pulling the steel wire rope from winch side to drum side providing labour as required at site for tying the cable in trefoil formation with nylon rope/PVC pipe etc., complete

Refilling with filling sand in layers well consolidated as per standard specification including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete

Laying of 33KV RCC cover slab including transportation from TNEB stores, loading, unloading and laying carefully at site as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Refilling with excavated earth in layers and well consolidated as per standard specification including cost of all materials, labour,lead, lift etc., complete

Transporting and clearing the excess excavated earth and debris then and there immediately to avoid any hindrance to normal flow of traffic and public beyond a distance of 5km from work spot as per direction of Engineer -in -charge including loading and unloading charges etc., complete

Transporting of 33 KV empty drums loading at site, and devolution of empty 33 KV steel cable drum each weighing 1 to 1.5 T from various work site (3 drums at a time) and balance cables if any to departmental store

Providing watch and ward (Unskilled) at site as instructed by the site-in-charge

Bailing out of water from cable trench and duct while excavating and also while laying cable using 5HP diesel pump including cost of fuel,opeartor etc.,complete.

Providing 18 gauge aluminium strip with Nylon tie at 10m intervals for engraving voltage level,size of the cable,name of the feeder including cost of all materials,labour charges,transportation charges etc complete.

Casting and placing of RCC offset slab(cable route indicationn slab )of size 750x750x60mm casting in RCC 1:2:4 using 12 to 20mm HBG metal with necssary reinforcement,piling shutting,curing,transport from casting yard to various locations and fixing the slab along 33KV cable route as directed by site engineer with PCC 1:3:6 including cost of all materials,labour,lead ,lift etc., including 2 coats of flourescent painting.

Removing RCC cover slab over the existing RCC duct safely whereever necessary for placing the cables, stacking carefully for reuse and refixing in position after placing the cables as directed including cost of all materials, tools and plants, labour lead, lift etc., complete
