Maintenance and Electrical consumption charges of street light on PWD Road under CND Division. (SH- Comprehensive and Operation Maintenance of Automatic Misting System at ISBT Kashmere Gate and Vidhan Sabha).

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) including theft if happening for the complete High-Pressure Mist System, including misting pipes, high-pressure misting nozzles, mist rings, high-pressure pump, electrical control panel, motor starter control panel, sensor, valves and all associated accessories and fittings. The scope also includes Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for 2000 LPH Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Treatment Plant, including raw water feed pump, high-pressure pump, pressure vessels, MGF, ACF, micron filters, dosing systems, pressure gauges, flow meters, valves, piping, electrical control panel, and motor starter panel with all related accessories (including RO Membrane) including monthly preventive and on-call corrective maintenance, checking of pumps and motors, cleaning/backwashing of filters, replacement of micron filter cartridges, chemical cleaning of membranes, and maintenance of electrical panels (MCB, MCCB, relays, wiring, etc.). The AMC will covers all consumables such a gaskets, O-rings, seals, clamps, fuses, cables, and minor fittings required during service. Preventive maintenance reports and service logs to be submitted monthly. Work shall include inspection, cleaning, and descaling of misting nozzles and rings; checking of misting lines for leakage, blockage, or corrosion; maintenance of pressure pumps and motors; testing and servicing of electrical control and starter panels; inspection of MCBs, MCCBs, relays, contactors, and associated wiring; and verification of system pressure and mist output. The AMC also covers the repair / replacement of all items of the system for smooth functioning. The contractor shall maintain maintenance log book, provide monthly preventive maintenance reports, and attend to breakdowns promptly. Location :- 1. Vidhan Sabha 2. Kashmere Gate

For 02 Nos. locations:- 1) Hanuman Setu to ISBT Road (1 No. of Misting and RO System Plant) Staff Required for location:- a) Operator - 2 Nos. (1No. each in two shift i.e 6 AM to 2 PM and 2 PM to 10 PM) b) Khallasi cum Security Guard - 1 No. (from 10 PM to 6 AM) 2) Vidhan Sabha Road (1 No. of Misting and RO System Plant) Staff Required for location:- a) Operator - 1 No. (General Shift) .
