(a) M&L for cleaning the surface, remove dust, dirt, loose particles and unsound substrate and grading with cement mortar (1:4), 15 mm thick, as in slab surfaces, beams, columns, parapet, and junction of walls etc, grading with a slope of 1 in 120 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction of make:- Dr Fixit or Fosroc or equivalent from approved list of makes of CEWC and as approved by GE. (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg / Sqm as a bonding layer over finished plaster surface incl cleaning the surface . (c) Apply over the coat of bitumen bonding layer as above APP modified polymeric membrane (weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm) and 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric, unrolled and bonded completely to the substrate with side over lap of 75 mm or end over lap of 100 mm. The overlaps are then sealed/ fused by flame technology method as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 30 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement as in roof floors complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in water tank platform mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement as in roof floors complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately).

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC columns, beams, slabs, chajjas, parapets, railing, and the like as directed without disturbing the core of RCC member, roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry, including application of rust removal cum passivator painted with brush to the rusted reinforcement (and removing rust with flex after 24 hours of application of rust remover with the help of wire brush, sand paper) and also applying zinc anti-rust agent as per manufactures method of application to re bar corrosion protection system to reinforcement surface of steel reinforcement after that applying polymer modified cementious bonding coat, prepared and applied on the concrete surface with 1 part of sika latex or equivalent in Forsoc/BASF/Dr Sunanda with 4 part of water and 6 part of cement by weight, coverage of sika latex shall not be more than 0.25 Kg/Sqm for one coat. Adhesive bond strength not less that 2.5 mpa, After this, providing 40mm (average thickness) guiniting mix @ pressure 2.2 to 2.5 kg per sqcm with anti corrosion admixture (using 1 part of ordinary portland cement 43grade and 2part of Ghagger sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as per manufacturer instruction and as directed) including stripping floating with wooden strippers for proper dimension control necessary, formwork and scaffolding, complete surface of guiniting to be finished fair with 10mm thick plaster in Cement Mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement cleaning and removing of waste material etc as directed at site. (All services and work incl internal and external surfaces and members of six storey building).

S&F welded steel wire fabric, n.exc 4 Kg weight per sqm, cut to length bent to shape required and fixing with galvanised steel staples or welding to wood or steel members complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brickwork or concrete surfaces incl racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water including removal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction (of make:- Dr Fixit or Fosroc or equivalent from approved list of makes of CEWC and as approved by GE) on brickwork or concrete surfaces of walls, finishing even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

(Note: water proofing compound to be measured and paid separately).

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over one coat of primer including 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and applying a bond coat of Sika Latex:Water:cement - 1:4:6 with sika Latex consumption @100gm/sqm on the brick wall surface by brush as per manufacturer's recommendations including curing complete all as specified and directed. Expose the first joint of masonry structure at ground level horizontally. The plaster must be knocked off at least 50 cm beyond the visibly penetrated area. Damaged mortar joints are to be scraped out to a depth of approximately 2-3 cm. Drilling Holes: Drilling holes 10mm diameter in masonry structure along the side of the joint at 45° angle so as to cross the brick/block at the intervals spacing of 15-30cm depending on extent of rising dampness as per recommendation of engineer in charge. Cleaning of holes: Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. Install Sika® Packer injection packers 9.8mm diameter, 10cm long in the holes and tighten. Fix the packer securely using Sikadur 31. Cutting of Packers: Cut the packers after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

Supply and apply of a 3 part, very low viscous, elastic polyacrylic injection resin Sika® Injection 306 with a versatile and adjustable reaction time having Mixed viscosity : 3-11 M.pa.s at +20 Deg C, Reaction time : adjustable according to ambient temperature and execution requirement between 8-50 mins, pH – 9-10, Tested as per Wissbau No. 2002-094-(1A) – Function test with re-injectable hose system. The holes should be drilled until a depth of approx 5 cm (for a 6cm thick wall) before the end of the wall is reached. Pump Sika® Injection-306 at >20 bar into or behind fissures or into masonry joint which are allowing water to infiltrate into unwanted areas. If voids in masonry being injected contain insufficient moisture to activate the grout inject a small amount of water prior to injecting the grout. When movement stops or Sika® Injection-306 appears at the next packer move to the next packer and inject. If the dampness is heavy, inject similarly at next joint line Make: Sika or equivalent from approved list of makes of CEWC and as approved by GE.
