The HT and LT connection to be disconnected from the motor power and control panel including power turned off the existing feeder line with maintaining all safety side as per direction of EIC.

Removing of top cover plate of the pump chamber after removing the nuts & bolts and keeping safe the same.

Attachment of fastners, rope and chain pully with appropriate alignment for lifting the submersible pump motor set .

Lifting of the submersible pump with the help of spl. lifting arrangement and placed in workable position at site for 240 Cusec submersible pump .

Supplying of all necessary consumable, high Temperature Grease, Mechanical Seal Chamber Oil ( as per requirement ) , gasket sealing compounds, gland sealing compound for power and control cable etc.

Engagement of specially trained diver along with necessary all life saving equipments for cleaning the debris, foreign materials etc. from the sump chamber.

Lifting the Bellmouth with making special arrangement from the sump chamber to working bay.

Supply ,delivery and fixing of 'O' ring kit and moulding rubber bush for special protection of cable as per direction of EIC.

Connecting the H.T Power & Control cable into the motor housing with damaged portion of 15 core rubberized control cable is to be cut off, outer rubber cover to be remover as required. Crimping of 15 nos new copper socket to be done at the ends of cables. Cable gland to be moulded with power cable by using epoxy materials.Power and control cables are jacketing by hose pipe approx 6 meter for special protection of cables as per direction of EIC.

Re-assembly the pump like diffuser, bellmouth , motor cable housing impeller hub with impeller etc of existing submersible pump using proper tool and tackles with proper safefy as per direction of EIC.

Scrapping and painting the body of the pump unit with two coats of epoxy paint as per direction of EIC

Testing with nitrogen for motor sealing , testing for leakage of mechanical seal chamber with compressed air, electrical high pressure testing , measuring IR value and all other relevant test as per desired procedure

Lowering of the said 240 cusec submersible pump motor from workable bay to the pump chamber with making special arrangement. Re-fixed of the pump motor on its original position and tightning all nut bolts of top cover plate of pump chamber.

Conneciing the H.T power cable & control cables with the power and control Panel . Trial run of the pump set on load condition as per direction of EIC.

Repairing of wornout and broken portion of diffusr and matching with original dimentions as per instruction of EIC.

Mfg. supply of heavy duty H.T bolts nuts with double spring washers etc. for the connecting of diffuser and bellmouth.
