Amount

Desilting of drains /canals of any cross sections and maintenance of their banks and bunds by removing the silt and debris including removal of floating materials, grass, bushes, rank vegtation, aquatic plants and disinfection with approved insecticides, disinfectants confirming to I.S/Public Health/ Other relevant standard including disposal of the same with an average lead of 3Km without polluting the environment, all as directed by the Engineer – in – charge. The disposed materials shall be leveled, neatly dressed to a height of not more than 50Cm. The cost shall include the cost of all machineries, tools and plants, labours, head load, over head charges, working under unhygienic and foul condition, etc., complete. (The payment will be made per Sqm on plan area of drain. The width shall be taken at the bottom/sill of the drain).
