Jumbo Filter /MICRON CARTRIDGE FILTER

Replacement of old damaged of Jumbo filter/MICRON CARTRIDGE FILTER with new one having follwing specifications:- a) Type--- Micron Cartridge/ Bag b) Operating Flow Rate--- 1000 lph c) Operating Pressure---- 2.5 kg/cm2 d) Micron Rating of Cartridge--- 5 micron e) MOC Cartridge ---0Polypropolylene f) Size Cartridge--- 20” Process Micron Filtration by Cartridge below Visilibility. Result Removal of physical impurity from 20 to 1 micron

Activated carbon

Providing and filling of activated carbon in the alreaby available activated carbon vessel and removing of old damaged one. The filter shall be able to remove the total colour , smell, odour, from the water. The dual media should be able to work at 2.5 kg/cm2 gauge pressure. All tools and tackles required shall have to be provided by the firm.

DUAL MEDIA FILTER (DMF)

Providing and filling of DUAL MEDIA FILTER (DMF) in the already DUAL MEDIA FILTER (DMF) vessel and removing of old damaged one. The dual filter shall be having media such as Dual, Sand, Pebbles and Supporting Media as Gravels, Silex. The DMF should be able to Remove Physical impurities from 250 to 50 micron & 50-30 micron , chemical impurities, colour, Odour and biological impurities. The dual media should be able to work at 2.5 kg/cm2 gauge pressure. All tools and tackles required shall have to be provided by the firm.

Raw Water Pump

Proving Fitting and testing of Raw water transfer pump of 01 hp capacity having Operating Flow of 1000 lph.All tools and tackles required shall have to be provided by the firm.

Multi-port Valve /MPV

Providing, and fitting of Multi-port Valve /MPV having size of 25NB of manual type along with following specifications:- MOC---Nary Type---Multiport Valve, Size---25mm Maximum flow rate--- 1500 LPH Working pressure ---4-6 bars Working---Down.

UPVC Pipe/ Fittings

Providing fitting and testing of UPVC Piping of various sizes of heavy grade able to withstand the working pressure along with allied fittings. All tools and tackles required for completion of the job shall have to be arranged by the firm.

Pressure gauges

Providing and fitting of high pressure gauges of 2" size and pressure range upto 3 MPA .All tools and tackles required for completion of the job shall have to be arranged by the firm.

Electrical Pannel

Repairs to electrical pannel by way of replacement of MCB'S Wires, timers, pushbuttons, and other allied items.All tools and tackles required for completion of the job shall have to be arranged by the firm.

GI Pipe/ Fittings

Providing and fitting of 15mm dia.C-class G.I Pipe as per IS 1239 for interconnecting RO with Storage Tank and subsequently to outlet along with allied fittings (TEES, ELBOWS,NIPPLES UNIONS REDUCERS etc).All tools and tackles required for completion of the job shall have to be arranged by the firm

PVC Water Storage tank

Providing and placing on terrace ( at all floor levels) Polyethylene water storage tank ISI: 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank,.

Bib Cocks

Providing and fixing of brass bib cock (push type ).

Automatic Water Level Controller

Providing and fitting of Automatic Water Level Controller along with all allied acessorries. The Level Controller shall be able to shutt off/ let in the water from the RO Plant when the water reaches to maximum and minimum desired level respectivly in the water storage tank. All tools and tackles required for completion of the job shall have to be arranged by the firm
