Providing and laying Ceramic matt finish floor tiles (thickness tnot less than 7mm) of 1st quality confirming to IS 15622 of approved make and shade as in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment f matching shade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Size of tie shall be all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300 x 300 mm (thickness not less than 7mm) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4, Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete all as speciied and directed.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness not less than 7mm), of approved make and shades of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 25mm thick Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut cudappah stone slab 20mm to 25mm thick in single piece as in platform of WHB or similar work bedded and jointed in cement slury complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick Granite stone slab of black colour gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window cills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over and including 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4, joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood or pvc) shutter Of area 3 sq. metres and below including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or woood) of area 3squre metres and below including stacking within 50 meteres lead complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium frame work for windows (three track), ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

Providing and fixing aluminium shutters of windows & ventilators, powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately)

Providing and fixing fly proof stainless steel With aluminium beading grade 304 wire gauge, to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.50 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc With tinted/frosted glass panes of 5.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50kg/sqm) with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item)

Providing second class hard wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 2nd class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing Second class hard wood 30 mm thick wire gauge shutters with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing PVC Door Frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm (± 0.2 mm), made out of single piece extruded PVC profile, with mitred cut joints and joint with 2 nos of PVC bracket of size 190 mm x 100 mm long arms of cross section size 35 x 15 mm & self driven self taping screws, the vertical door profiles to be reinforced with 40x20 mm M.S. rectangular tube of 0.8 mm , including providing EPDM rubber gasket weather seal throughout the frame, including jointing 5 mm PVC frame strip with PVC solvent cement on the back of the profile. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using 8 x100 mm long anchor fasteners complete, all as per manufacturer's complete all as specified and directed of Engineer -in- charge.

Supply and fix Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing. complete all as specified and directed

Providing and applying painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade two coats on new/old wood work over an under coat ofpink primer of approved brand and manufacture complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix 100x75mm long butt hinges, extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised and fixed, type B-21 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet cast or extruded sections and fixing bolt and sliding bolt of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy length of bolt 300mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 150 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix extruded Aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type anodised size 125 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing Twin rubber stopper aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 18mm thick Pre-laminated flat pressed 3 layer (medium density) particle board or graded wood particle board IS : 3087 marked, with one side decorative and other side balancing lamination Grade I, Type II exterior grade IS : 12823 marked, in shelves with screws and fittings wherever required, edges to be painted with polyurenthane primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : Fittings will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for 2nd class hard wood lipping/moulded beading or Taj beading of size 18X5 mm fixed with wooden adhesive of apporved quality and screws/nails on the edges of the pre-laminated particle board complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing cup board shutters 20mm thick, with pre-laminated flat pressed three layer particle board or graded wood particle board IS : 12823 marked, exterior grade (Grade I Type II), having one side decorative lamination and other side balancing lamination, including IInd class hard wood lipping of 20mm wide x 12mm thick with necessary screws and bright finished stainless steel piano hinges complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 150 mm oxidised M.S. hasp and staple (safety type) conforming to IS : 363 with necessary screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying two coat of premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology ,Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance of Asian Paints Ltd or equivalent of other approved make with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 litre (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9litre(undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio as per manufacture's instruction and all coats including primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 litre per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying Fosroc Nitoproof 600 PF of Fosroc chemicals a single component pitch free polyurethane based coating that cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture to form a tough but flexible waterproofing membrane. It is elastomeric, seamless waterproof membrane applied in 2 coats to achieve DFT 1.5 mm thick having a elongation capacity of over 600% . Termination to be done on wall extending the coating to min.300mm height above the finished floor level and sealed inside the groove of 20mm wide x 10mm thick flushed with polymer modified mortar as per vendor recommendation. Laying 200gsm non woven geo textile membrane over Nitoproof 600 PF coating with overlap sealed using synthetic rubber adhesive before providing screed concrete.The material shall achieve following properties: Elongation (ASTM D412) : 600 %, Specific gravity : 1.50 + 0.1 g/cc, Solid content : 85% min., Tensile strength (ASTM D412): 2.5 N/mm2, Crack bridging (ASTM C836) > 2mm Tear resistance (ASTM D624) : 15 kN/m, Water vapour transmission(ASTM E96) : 0.6 g/m²/hr., Water permeability @ 5 bar : Nil, Shore A hardness (ASTM D2240) : 60, Adhesion in-peel test (ASTM C836) > 50N

Supplying and drawing 3 x 2.5 sq mm size FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cables in the existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and fixing 15/16 Amps Modular switch on existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing 6 pin 15/16 Amps Modular socket outlet on existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. complete all as specified and directed

Supply, fixing, flush to wall, fabrication, expoxy powder coating over a coat of red oxide primer for Meter box 4 rooms single phase made up of MS sheet 2 mm thick of size 0.9 x 0.9 x 0.3 mtrs including concealed in wall, MS angle irons, cable glands for incomming & outgoing, neoprene gasket for front door, provision for fixing of 4 nos MCB SPN for meter connection and taking down old unserviceable meter box all as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down old unserviceable LT cables 50 sq mm size from trenches including disconnecting cables and stacking of cables within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed Note : Earth work and excavation shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep for taking out/laying of HT/ LT under ground cable and getting out in the following type of earth stata complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Soft soil

(b) Hard soil

(c) Disintegrated rock

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for riddled earth filling in trenches to required width at bottom and top of cable cusioning including spreading leveling and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness shall measured and paid.

Supply and lay in trench reinforced precast concrete Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm for LT cable protection complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge

Material and labour for light grade GI pipe 40mm dia for cable protection all as specified and directed.
