IMPROVEMENT TO 220/33 KV GRID S/S, OPTCL, MALKANGIRI ( REPAIRING AND PAINTING OF CONTROL ROOM BUILDING, BOUNDARY WALL)

Supplying all labour for dismantling brick masonry including stacking of useful material for reuse and removal of debris within 50m initial lead including cost,conveyance,royalties & taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Supplying all labour and T&P for cleaning and grubbing road land etc complete including cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

First class brick masonry in cement mortar ( 1:6 ) in SS using fly ash bricks of size (23 X 11 X 8 ) cm with dimensional tolerance (+or-) 8% and crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use, including splays cutting,circular molding& corbeling,chamfering & similar such type of works,watering and curing etc complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials & cost, conveyance, taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Priming one coat with water bound wall cement primer (I.S.I.) wall surface finished smooth to give an even shade including cost,conveyance,taxes of all materials and cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc. complete in all respects as per the direction of Eng.-in-charge.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12 mm. deep and removing the debris within 50 m. lead with all cost, conveyance of labour and T & P etc. complete.

16 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:6) finished smooth over inside rough surfaces of brick masonry walls etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:6 ) finished smooth over outside rough surfaces of brick masonry walls etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Scraping old paint with scrappers, sand papering and washing with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges upto 5 Mtr. Height.

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (Water based ) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials, taxes, labour T & P etc. complete.

Wall painting two coats with a plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer over wall surface finished smooth to give an even shade including watering,curing etc complete including cost,conveyance,taxes of all materials and cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Eng.-in-charge.
