Preparation & fixing of bakelite hylum sheet 910x800x6 mm and bakelite shelf 900x450x25 mm

duly fixed by angle iron piece of different size inside all the app. Cases. Hylum board shall be fixed

on an angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx3mm. Angle iron frame will be fixed in location boxes

secured by nuts & bolts. Fixing of fuses, ARA terminal, plug in type Q series relays and other type

relays on square bars fixing and jamming of cables with 2 inch thick salwood plank provided at the

bottom. This will include opening, pasting and jamming armour of each cable in the hole drilled

separately for each cable through the wood plank & all cable entry point on location boxes, location

huts. JB's relay room/battery room to be closed with suitable masonry works covered with sand and

plastering. Description for terminal drawing of circuits, inside app. Case. painting from outside as

will inside with red oxide and aluminium paint is covered separately. Size of lettering will be 100

mm or as per instructions of Engineer at site. All material including bakelite shilf, hylum board,

wood plank, angle iron square bar, wire and wiring material as per the IRS specn. nuts and bolts

and other items shall be supplied by the contractor . Relays. ARA terminals & fuse only shall be

supplied by the railway.

is covered separately. Size of lettering to be 100 mm & as per the engineer's instruction. All

materials such as teakwood shelf, hylum board, salwood plank, angle iron, square bar, NDT/HRC

fuse bases, nuts & bolts etc. shall be supplied by the contractor. ARA terminal will be supplied by
