Material and labour for Glazed ceramic tiles 450X350X7mm thick in vertical surface , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces finished even and fair for receiving tiles including takingdown cement plaster/tile complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 for laying tiles including roughening of old concrete surface etc and washing down with water to remove dust and applying neat cement slurry @3kg/Sqm Complete all as specified and directed.
