SUPPLY AND CONSTRUCTION OF 10 UG AMN BUNKER AT BATTAL 06 UG AMN BUNKER AT HAMIRPUR 04 UG AMN BUNKER AT PALLANWALA AND 03 UG AMN BUNKER AT AKHNOOR

Scope of work : Supply of store at FOR, shifting of store from FOR worksite and construction of 23 x UG Amn Bunker in the AOR of size 4.35x2.6x2.2m built with PCC brick as per technical specifications attached at Appx 'A'.

Steel Roofing Trough (SRT) of sizes 1800mm long, made of 2mm thick @ 27 kg each with tolerance -2% to + 5 %, hot rolled carbon steel sheet confirming to IS specification with 16 Nos, 12mm dia long bolt, machine made (heavy duty complete threaded with one nut and two washers of 30mm outer diameter and 3mm thick, per bolt, per SRT. The overall width of SRT shall be 613mm and height shall be 180mm. The shape of SRT shall be regular and angle of bending shall be maintained properly. The SRT shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The SRT not found properly in shape shall be rejected. Entrance canopy at the entrance to be provided as per drg. PPGI sheet 0.63 mm shall be used as roof of canopy. Frame for canopy to be of angle 45x45x6mm with 4 Nos column of 50mm bore with base plate/ top plate of 150x150x6mm with 4 Nos predrilled holes to be fitted with 10mm dia 50mm long for top plate and 16 mm dia 300 mm long nut/bolts with washer for base plate will be fitted over a PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 block of size 200x200x300mm as per drg. Ventilator of size 0.60mx0.45m. A shutter of 8mm thick MS plate of size 0.60mx0.45m will be provided in ventilator with 02 Nos 75mm of size cold rolled MS hinges and 01 No MS tower bolt of size 150mm and MS handle of FI 20x3mm of 125mm size including angle iron (40x40x5mm). Frame of size 0.62mx0.47m. MS hinges will be welded to shutter and frame both sides. Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer to be provided. Prefabricated steel door of size 750mmx 1800mm to be provided with single shutter. Shutter frame will be made of MS angle 50mm x 50mm x 6mm and FI 25x4mm for braces2 mm thick MS sheet for panelling with a ventilator of size 450 x 300 with 12 mm dia guard bars and weld mesh of size 25 x 25 mm including all fixing and locking arrangements like hinges, tower bolt, aldrop bolt, handle incl ISI Mark will be provided to door.
