Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone/plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for making the surface for all floors in all heights including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD., specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt, dust and other foreign matter with enamel paint other than white with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying water proofing treatment with doctor fixit fastflax on equivalent with two component polymer modified cementitious coat consisting of cementitious powder and a polymer liquid in two coats for fist coa clean and saturated surface and then applying a coat for doctor fastflex by maintaining a coverage of 6-7 square feet per Kilograme to achieve 1mm. thickness and the same process shall tended up to 300mm vertically. The second coat shall be applied in opposite direction after drying four-six hours of application of fist coat then sprinkler sand on the top surface applied doctor Fixit-fastflax while still tacky over the second coat. Then apply cement mortar of cement sand 1:4 (one cement isto four sand) admixed with 200ml. of pidiproof LW @ 200ml. per 50 Kg. bag of cement over the floor with suitable gradient towards drain pipe, while the second coat of doctor fixit is still tacky including carriage of material, labour,tool and plants through all modes of transporation within all leads and lifts as per PWD specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
