Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class-150 in foundation and plinth in with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) Rate as per DAR 6.1.1

15 mm Thick plasteon rough side of single or half brick wall finished with floatinh coat of neat cement of mix cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement and f. sand. As per DAR No 13.8.2

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Tachnical Specification Clause 401
