M&L for Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over a backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on concrete or brick masonry surfaces including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound [ISI marked] complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of acrylic emulsion based premium quality exterior antifungal paint on wall surfaces over a coat of primer all as per manufacturers instruction and as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Precast Concrete work built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks,Type C1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete [reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition] of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.
