Supplying and erection of 7 Mtrs long hot dip galvanized OCTAGONAL pole (bolt fixing type) with single arm bracket 1 mtr long on existing collar foundation as per direction of engineer in charge complete as required and having following specification:- a) Top dia - 70mm b) Bottom dia - 130 mm c) Thickness of sheet - 3mm d) Base plate size - 200mm X 200 mm X 12mm e) The pole shall be complete with following :- Set of foundation bolts - 4 nos, 20mm dia, 600 mm in length complete with anchor plate. The foundation bolt shall be hot dipped galvanised. f) Integral junction box duly hot dipped galvanised complete with door and locking arrangement as required.

SITC of 45 watt LED street light luminarie made with presure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs with secondry optics and IP-66 protection.Efficacy >110/120 LPW of cat Ref TRP-409-45-57-SL-GL-NSG of Crompton or its equivalent make of Havells/Philips on existing pole as required .

SITC of 150 watt LED flood light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP66 protection, system efficiency >=110/120 LPW of Cat TFS-507-150-57-NL-SL-GL-NSG of Crompton or its eqt make of Havells /Phillips on existing poles as required.

SITC of 40 watt Post top LEDs for 360 degree indirect light with IP 65 Protection ,230 volt ,50Hz ,AC supply with high power LED lamp ,electronic driver ,diffuser including connection as required of Cat Ref LPTO-40-CDL-M of Crompton or its eqt make of Havells/Phillips on existing poles.

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of 600 X 600 X 400 mm size, 2 mm thick CRCA sheet metal double door outdoor type panel with 63 Amp,4-strip insulated aluminium busbar suitable for 415 volt 3 phase, 50 Hz , Interconnections,arrangement for incoming/outgoing cabling/cable termination, and powder coated by siemens gray paint etc . The Panel Shall be embeded in 1:3:6 cement concrete foundation of required shape and size 30 cms below ground level including finishing etc as required as per direction of engg-in-charge. (Make of panel - CPRI approved only) (Drawing will be approved from department before fabrication) embeded on iron angle channel of size 40x40x6 mm thick and 04 Nos legs of length 600 mm .The fidder pillar shall have following switch gears and accessories :- i) 63 Amp 4-P,18KA, MCCB (for incoming ) -01 No ii) 24 hours street light timer switch (iii) 63 Amp 4-Pole Lighting contactor iv) R-Y-B LED phase indication lamp -01 Nos

Supplying and fixing of 4 Pole,3 phase 63 Amp heavy duty connector bolt type with bakelite sheet MCB din rail in the existing junction box of the octagonal pole (as per item No 1 & 2) etc as required.

Supplying and fixing 80 mm dia medium class GI pipe below the road i.e excavation soil at both end of road and digging out the soil beneath the road and fixing 80 mm dia medium class GI pipe beneath the road and refilling soil at both end by use man power and machinery complete etc as required.

Supplying and drawing of 3-core cable 1.5 sq mm size of PVC insulated and PVC round Sheathed, multi-core Annealed Bare Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable for Voltage Grade upto1100 Volt, from looping box to light fitting including interconnection with connector,testing complete etc as required of Polycab/Havells/KEI make.

Supplying and making aluminium lugs for cable size 3.5x25 of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and fixing 2 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of single poles in the existing MCB DB of octagonal pole complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required of L&T/Havells/Schneider/Hager make.

Earth work in excavation by mechanically means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan),including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.All kind of soil

Providing and laying in position concerte 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 coares sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pole etc including from work etc as required.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3½ X 35 sq. mm (32mm)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required. 250 A, 25 KA,TPMCCB
