Servicing/ oil changing to engine of (JCB machine) by way of draining out all old/damaged M-oil from engine, removed all damaged/old filters and cleaning of filters bowls/brackets engine sump using kerosene oil/ dhoti cloth etc. then providing and filling of new fresh M-oil to engine of (Valvoline/Shell /Castrol CRB) or any other reputed make upto required level and job includes providing and fitting of M-oil filter 01 No. Diesel filters (spin tyre 02 No’s) and air filter 01 No. with inner cartridge filter, all filters to be of (JCB make). (Complete Job). To be approved by engineer incharge.
Complete servicing of Hydraulic system by way of cleaning /checking of Hydraulic jacks/tanks etc. and complete change of Hydraulic oil of machine by way of draining out all /unserviceable hydraulic oil from tanks/jacks/pipes etc. and removing all filters, strainers etc. then washing and cleaning of tanks, jacks, filter brackets using (HSD) and cotton cloth, then providing and filling of fresh hydraulic oil grade 68of (Valvoline/Shell/Castrol make (120 liters) to all tanks, jacks, pipes etc. and job includes P/F of hydraulic filters and strainers of (JCB/Escort make). Job further includes replacing of damaged hydraulic pipes with new ones. (Complete Job). To be approved by engineer incharge.
Servicing/ oil changing to the transmission system of machine to be carried out by way of draining out all unserviceable /old oil from respective chambers / tanks etc. cleaning of sump assembly filter bowls using kerosene oil dhoti cloth then providing and filling of fresh transmission oil (20 Liters) Shell/ Castrol/Valvoline or any other reputed make. The job includes P/F of transmission oil filter 01 No. of reputed make. (Complete Job). To be approved by engineer incharge.
Complete oil changing of the Axcel’s of the JCB machine to be carried out by way of draining out all old oil from Axcel’s and then providing and filling of fresh Axcel oil of Shell/ Castrol/Valvoline or any other reputed make (20 Liters). (Complete Job). To be approved by engineer incharge.
Complete replacing of old/damaged front teeth set of small bucket of JCB machines by providing and fitting of new teeth set of (JCB/Robot/H/Duty) or any other reputed make along with nuts/bolts etc. (Complete Job). To be approved by engineer incharge.
Repairs and checking of speedo meter assembling by dismantling of same and then replaced damaged speed meter cable and checked all gears and knobs etc. (Complete job). To be approved by engineer incharge.
Supply of percussion hammer (concrete cutter) with power input of 1010W, 1400 blows per minute, ball bearings 6201vv(NSK) and hex lock bolt M5x8, having total weight of cutter 16kgs. The rate is inclusive of all sizes of bits & all carriages, taxes etc. (Complete Job). To be approved by engineer incharge.
