Material and Labour for drilling of borehole through any kind of soil, boulders, rocks etc. of suitable dia, with reverse rotary circulation or direct circulation method or combination of both by using power rig for housing of 150 mm nominal bore of the casing for the following depth :-

From ground level to 150 Mtr below ground level

From 150Mtr but n.exc 200m from ground level

From 200Mtr but n.exc 300m from ground level

Note :- (i) Sample of strata shall be collected for every 3 Mtrs intervel or where ever is a change in strata and the sample shall be preserved in a suitable statra sample box (as directed and specified). The cost of strata sample box is deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) The result of drilling mentioning total depth drilled, casing length lowered, depth at which fractures encountered, their corresponding yields, total yield shall be supported with a bore well chart after completion of the drilling. The cost of for the test is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Supply, lowering and fixing in position 150mm nominal bore ERW heavy duty MS housing pipe of 6.00 mm wall thickness confirming to IS 4270-2001 (ISI marked) including welding joints with MS ring around the pipes with MS flat iron 50mm x 6 mm all as specified and directed complete

Conducting yeild test with 'V"-notch for consecutive 3 days by providing suitable capacity of pumpset and fixing the optimum discharge.The cost of fuel for the test is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Testing of water sample from bore well from Govt recognised laboratory or institute for chemical and biological analysis all as directed .

Supply and fixing HDPE pipe of size 50 mm dia heavy grade, fixed throughout in soil without any joint upto maximum depth as directed, including necessary fittings for fixing of 3 phase borewell submersible pump set of any capacity and size along with all connected works to make the borewell functional complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying and connectinng PVC Insulated flexible flat 3 core submersible cable with copper conductors of size 6 sqmm from control panel near bore well to submersible pump set complete all as directed. Make : Havells Code: WHPNDSKG36X0 or Techno commercially equivalent in Standard/Finolex/HPL.

Development of bore well with air compressor till sand/mud free portable quality water is obtained all as directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for curves/coping/bed plates etc. slightly rounded or chamfered angles including weathering , form work complete all as directed.

Note:- (i) The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for all outgoing/incomimg cable connection marking including digging out loop, writing of feeder names with white paint in capital letters, suitable size of glands & lugs to be provided for cable etc, complete.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6 mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate connected to a galvanised iron strip 25x4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion with and including 40 mm bore light grade GI protection pipe 7.5 meters long and GI pipe light grade 20mm dia for watering including funnel, wire mesh , PCC 1:2:4 pit with pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 40 mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia MS bars @ 100mm both ways with lifting hook made out of 6mm dia MS bars watering arrangement with funnel wire, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Supply, laying, commissioning and testing LT cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 35 sqmm complete all as directed.

Supply and laying Galvanised medium grade 50mm bore pipe including all fittings in trenches all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Gun Metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete complete 50 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth; forlaying of UG cable/ GI pipe and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in Soft/ loose soil

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point

M&L for lay/spread in trenches ,river sand including cleaning,spreading,levelling, punning for laying/Sand cushioning of cable all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay well burnt sub class B bricks as mechanical protection tounderground cables laying with length of the trench all as specified and as directed.
