Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M. and lead upto 30 M. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated ctionrearth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the slide of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 M. from the foundation trenches.including all type of materials, labour, tools & plants, taxe, octroi ,vat ,toll,etc.but excluding GST for proper completion of work as per direction Engineer-in-charge.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete Grade M10 (1:3:6) in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level.1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Supplying, fitting and placing with MS bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructrue complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202 including bending for proper and necessary completion of the work and including supply of steel and wastages, bends, hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measurised as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.charge.
