Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level and removing material from site of work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for virified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6 and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 for backing of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm/ 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 for backing of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for granite (of any type) stone tiles 18-20mm thick [table rubbed and polished] machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone in as in flooring and landings of stair case, treads including cutting and polishing of tiles and 20mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frame work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc., Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows and ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc., aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
