Labour for the erection of submersible pumpsets in borewell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper claps upto the starter to the required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth values erection clamps, pressure gauges upto exterior wall of the pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN, Switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter 3 pilot (including lamps) capacitor, single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules including construction of earth pits with earthing materials as per rules etc. complete testing pumpsets on trial run 30 days and as directed by Corporation officers.

Supply and delivery of borewell submersible pumpset with vertical type with all accessories with latest FS 8034 in general for the following duty conditions the pumpset should have diagonally balanced bronze impler and stainless shaft for motor and pump and directly coupled to a suitable capacity continuous rated three phase fifty cycles 22/440 volts AC supply motor should be as per ISI with upto date amendment. The starter winding should be made from high conductivity PVC insulated 3 core flat copper cable of suitable size of work Duty 75LPM x 275 M head.,

The signs shall be manufactured using a system of matched components of reflective sheeting and overlay films and digital inks manufactured and supplied by the reflective sheeting manufacturer .Digitally printed traffic colour (red, blue, green, yellow, orange and brown) areas on white sheeting shall not be having less than 70 percent of the value of the coefficient of retro reflection established for its colour and type of sheeting as given in Table 6.9 of IRC 67- 2012.The coefficient of retro reflection after the stipulated warranty period shall be minimum 80 percent of the initial value of the printed sign (initial value shall be minimum 70% of the values given in table 6.9 of IRC 67-2012). Match component system warranty for the components like retro-reflective sheeting, overlay films and digital inks shall be provided by the manufacturer The Retro reflective sheeting shall be covered under 10 years warranty issued for field performance and certified copy of completed three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained by the engineer-in-charge. The warranty shall be inclusive of digitally printed logos/text/legends and their bonding to the retro-reflective sheeting (as per MoRT&H Specification No.801). The latex printer used for digital printing should be used with Inks of low VOC emission and should have Greenguard, eco logo certificate as per UL 2801 Standards.The warranty & Test certificates shall be obtained from the retro-reflective sheeting manufacturer by the contractor and shall be submitted to engineer-in-charge.
