Finishing walls with exterior decorative cement based paint such as snowcem an new work in two coats for pump chamber and cubboard (Long & Short walls)

Applying Pink Primer or-aluminium priming coat including preparation of surface With special quality paint

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with ready mixed paint in all shades on new wood work With special quality paint.

Applying priming coat with methal primer on new steel or iron work incluing preparation of surface and Painting two coats with ready mixed paint for metallic surfaces in all shades on steel or iron work with special quality paint.

White washing 3 coats inside of pump chamber.

Providing and fixing of ceiling fan of reputed make such as Crompton or equivalent

Providing and fixing of electric tube set of reputed make

Red meranti 35mm thick normal Super (18 to 19kg per cft. Approx.) doors shutter windows shutter including hings, screw and cords etc.complete fix in position.

Repair of OHSR

One No. RCC OHSR 150000 ltrs capacity having height 28.00 mtr up to FSL has been already exists at site. The Repair of OHSR has been taken in this estimate.

Relacement of CI Sluice valve

Cost of Minor repair/Leakage & replacement of pipe associated with repair.

Water Works

Providing & fixing G.I. Barbed wire 3 ply fencing around the head works site in three rows complete in all respects including cost of winding wire & aluminum painting complete in all respects as per standard Drawing D-6 & 8 (as per Analysis A-6)

Providing & fixing angle iron pickets with angle 40mm x40mm x 6mm including cost of concrete block & painting complete in all respects as per standard Drawing D-8 & (as per Analysis A-6).

Providing & fixing D.Hook complete with MS Bolts size 300mm x 18mm as per standard Drawing D-7 & Analysis A-7

Repair of brick masonry corner pillar including cost of cement pointing including cost of material complete in all respects as per standard Drawing D-3 & Analysis A-3.

Repair of Cement Concrete, Foot Path with masonry toe wall & earth filling inside water works as per standard Drawing D-7 & Analysis A-10.

Providing water connection to house hold on Existing line up to wall with providing, laying jointing, testing MDPE pipe lines 15mm i/d=2.00 mtr & G.I. Pipe lines 15mm i/d = 2.50 mtr including cost of specials such as tees, bends, sockets, elbow etc. cutting, threading, and testing in trenches in the ground and ISI marked 15mm i/d GM ferrule as per IS: 2692 and 3" i/d clamp with C.I. bib cock 15mm i/d as per IS:210 with stainless steel spindle of approved make as per CSR 30.65(b) complete with all respect. (On Existing Pipeline)

Providing water connection to house hold on New line up to wall with providing, laying jointing, testing MDPE pipe lines 15mm i/d=2.00 mtr & G.I. Providing, Stringing out PVC pipes 6kg/cm2 ISI Marked as per ISI-4985 casting along the Trenches and laying the same in Trenches To correct alignment and gradients, cutting. Jointing and testing complete as per specifications, cost of earth work in excavation & back filing complete with all respect.

Providing & fixing C.I/D.I Flanged end, stem of SS (AIS 1410) and Bronze(gunmetal) working parts Sluice Valves ISI marked 14846-2000, including jointing , testing & cost of Nut ,Bolt & insertion sheet, all carriage complete (with the approval of Engineer in-charge).Class PN-1 as per ISI

Construction of Brick masonry SV Chamber size 0.60x0.60 m complete in all respects.

Painting & Printing of Sign Board as per DWSS Specifications complete with all respect.
