Removal of existing damaged Danpalon make multicell Polycarbonate sheets along with fixing accessories whereever required over the roof of Terminal T1 & T4 without damaging existing roof components & supporting arrangements and including stacking of serviceable materials at location as directed by EIC & disposal of all unserviceable materials to the outside of airport premises, for all leads and all lifts for transportation of all required men, materials, machineries, tools, plants etc. to top of roof from ground & to ground from top the roof and making the area neat, clean & good etc., as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of transportation and cost of machineries to access the height like boom lift/scissor lift, tools & accessories etc.

Providing & fixing Standing Seam Multicell Polycarbonate panel system 16mm thick, 1040mm width with 5 cells-6walls whereever required over the exixting MS structue and aluminium spacer, over the roof of Terminal T1 & T4 with all required accessories like U-connector, aluminium UPD 16mm, anti-dust tapes etc.,for fixing to existing steel structure, without damaging existing roof components & supporting arrangements,for all leads and all lifts for transportation of all required men, materials, machineries, tools, plants etc. to top of roof from ground & to ground from top the roof and making the area neat, clean & good etc., as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of transportation and cost of machineries to access the height like boom lift/scissor lift, tools & accessories etc.

Providing & fixing SS screws in the existing aluminium spacers whereever required as per standards & as per Manufacturer's specifications to fit in the existing system over the roof of Terminal T1 & T4 with all required accessories for fixing to existing steel structure, without damaging existing roof components & supporting arrangements,for all leads and all lifts for transportation of all required men, materials, machineries, tools, plants etc. to top of roof from ground & to ground from top the roof and making the area neat, clean & good etc., as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of transportation and cost of machineries to access the height like boom lift/scissor lift, tools & accessories etc.

Supply & Installation of 0.9mm thick Aluminium flashings at the edge of existing kalzip roof and other places over the roof of Terminal T1 & T4, of maximum width of 578mm bent to shape, with required accessories of weather silicone sealant, aluminium rivets, self drilling fasteners, for all leads and all lifts for transportation of all required men, materials, machineries, tools, plants etc. to top of roof from ground & to ground from top the roof and making the area neat, clean & good etc., as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of transportation and cost of machineries to access the height like boom lift/scissor lift, tools & acccessories etc. The necessary TIG welding will be paid extra.

Removal of 0.9mm thick existing Kalzip Aluminium flashings at Roof Extractor Fan - Danpalon Skylight - kalzip roof sheet Interface over the roof of Terminal T1 & T4 by cutting the aluminium welding/rivets, without damaging existing roof components & supporting arrangements and including stacking of serviceable materials at location as directed by EIC & disposal of all unserviceable materials to the outside of airport premises, for all leads and all lifts for transportation of all required men, materials, machineries, tools, plants etc. to top of roof from ground & to ground from top the roof and making the area neat, clean & good etc., as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of transportation and cost of machineries to access the height like boom lift/scissor lift, tools &accessories etc.

The rate shall be inclusive of transportation and cost of machineries to access the height like boom lift/scissor lift, tools & acccessories etc. The necessary TIG welding will be paid extra.

Providing and fixing of flashings after removal of existing aluminium flasing, tar felt sheets pasted over it, by cutting the welding at the kalzip sheet-Skylight interface & ventilator-Kalzip sheet interface and providing new aluminium sheets for flashing of required width & length as per site condition bent to shape, with required accessories of weather silicone sealant, aluminium rivets, self drilling fasteners & including necessary TIG welding (the welding charge is included in item & is not payable extra) with the Kalzip sheets without damaging any of the roof components, to make joint water tight. All welding joints (100%) to be tested for porosity by Dye Penetration Test (DPT) (the test charge is included in item & is not payable extra). All these works to be done over the roof of Terminal T1 & T4 including stacking of serviceable materials at location as directed by EIC & disposal of all unserviceable materials to the outside of airport premises, for transportation of all required men, materials, machineries, tools, plants etc. to top of roof from ground & to ground from top the roof and making the area neat, clean & good etc., as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of transportation and cost of machineries to access the height like boom lift/scissor lift, tools & accessories etc.

Providing and fixing covering arrangement for existing Roof extractor fan with structural steel MS supports of size 72mmx72mmx4.8mm fixing with MS angles of size 65mmx65mmx6mm to existing Roof extractor fan & including necessary welding (welding charge is included in item & is not payable extra) as per drawings and to cover with 4mm thick ACP sheet cover bent to shape to prevent water entry into the fans. All these works to be done over the roof of Terminal T1 & T4 including all leads and all lifts for transportation of all required men, materials, machineries, tools, plants etc. to top of roof from ground & to ground from top the roof and making the area neat, clean and good etc., as per structural drawings and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of transportation and cost of machineries to access the height like boom lift/scissor lift, tools & accessories etc.

Making opening at the liner sheet at the bottom of the roof by cutting, of size approximately 500mm x 500mm at strategic locations to drain out the already entrapped water inside the roof structure and refix with the same cut liner sheet by TIG welding (the welding charge is included in item & is not payable extra) after taking out the entrapped water and making good the cut surface as before. All punctures shall be closed by Welding/ self drilling screws / rivets. Entrapped water shall be collected without spill over on floor and disposed off without hampering the operations of the airport. All these works to be done over the roof of Terminal T1 & T4 including all leads and all lifts for transportation of all required men, materials, machineries, tools, plants etc. to top of roof from ground & to ground from top the roof and making the area neat, clean and good etc., as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of transportation and cost of machineries to access the height like boom lift/scissor lift, tools & accessories etc.

Removing and refixing existing Lightning Arrestor mounting system over the roof of Terminal T1 & T4 by providing Seam clamps, SS 304 grade 6mm thick base plate as mounting base & SS 304 grade 50mm diameter pipe of 3 Meter long for lightening arrestor without damaging existing roof components & supporting arrangements including all leads and all lifts for transportation of all required men, materials, machineries, tools, plants etc. to top of roof from ground & to ground from top the roof and making the area neat, clean and good etc., complete as per the direction of engineering in charge and, as per structural drawings. The rate shall be inclusive of transportation and cost of machineries to access the height like boom lift/scissor lift, tools & accessories etc.

Providing and fixing "Z" type Aluminium Louvered Ventilator over the existing ventilator over the roof of Terminal T1 & T4 with all fixing arrangements and flashings with all necessary fastners, including all leads and all lifts for transportation of all required men, materials, machineries, tools, plants etc. to top of roof from ground & to ground from top the roof and making the area neat, clean and good etc., complete as per structural drawings and as per the direction of engineering in charge. The rate shall be inclusive of transportation and cost of machineries to access the height like boom lift/scissor lift, tools & accessories etc.

Supply and fixing of Roof access door as approved by Engineer-in-Charge of of size 914mm x 914 mm and of standard thickness as per manufacture specification & their accessories after removal of exisitng door over the roof of Terminal T1 & T4 including stacking of serviceable materials at location as directed by EIC & disposal of all unserviceable materials to the out side of airport premises, for all leads and all lifts for transportation of all required men, materials, machineries, tools, plants etc. to top of roof from ground & to ground from top the roof and making the area neat, clean and good etc., as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of transportation and cost of machineries to access the height like boom lift/scissor lift, tools & acccessories etc.

Modifying the existing MS ladder with structural steel including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer to enable easy access to roof from Departure level of terminal to top of roof including cutting, hoisting, welding, fixing in position and with all leads and all lifts for transportation of all required men, materials, machineries, tools, plants etc. to top of roof from ground & to ground from top the roof and making the area neat, clean and good etc., complete as per the direction of engineering in charge. The rate shall be inclusive of transportation and cost of machineries to access the height like boom lift/scissor lift, tools & accessories etc.

Providing & Fixing Self Driliing Fasteners (SDS) 12-24 x 110mm (LV-5) as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in the existing steel purlins from bottom of the existing Kalzip Roof system with out punching the Kalzip top roof sheet for all leads and all lifts for transportation of all required men, materials, machineries, tools, plants etc. to top of roof from ground & to ground from top the roof and making the area neat, clean and good etc., as per the design/drawing approved by IIT & as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of transportation and cost of machineries to access the height like boom lift/scissor lift, tools & acccessories etc.

Providing and fixing of of Aluminium Wind Clamps made from AA 6063 T6 aluminum alloy match with existing Roof Sheet profile, at every purlin location (1200mm c/c) along with necessary fixing accessories over the roof of Terminal T1 & T4 without punching the Kalzip top roof sheet including all leads and lifts for transportation of all required men, materials, machineries, tools, plants etc. to top of roof from ground & to ground from top the roof and making the area neat, clean and good etc.,as per the approved design & drawing and manufacturer specifications & as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of transportation and cost of machineries to access the height like boom lift, tools & accessories etc.

Applying Aluminium TIG welding on the existing Aluminium sheets over the roof of Terminal T1 & T4 where ever required to make water tight and testing the weld joints 100% for porosity by Dye Penetration Test for DPT (the test charge is included in item & is not payable extra), including all leads and lifts for transportation of all required men, materials, machineries, tools, plants etc. to top of roof from ground & to ground from top the roof and making the area neat, clean and good etc.,as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of transportation and cost of machineries to access the height like boom lift/scissor lift, tools & accessories etc.

Application of Weather Silicone Sealant of approved make where ever required to make water tight including all leads and lifts for transportation of all required men, materials, machineries, tools, plants etc. to top of roof from ground & to ground from top the roof and making the area neat, clean and good etc.,as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of transportation and cost of machineries to access the height like boom lift/scissor lift, tools & accessories etc.
