M&L for HT 11 KV Disc type insulator with hardware, single disc assembly, porcelain insulators, vitreous145mm high and 255 mm dia and socket type, including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Pin type porcelain insulators including one galvanised mild steel spindle two GI washers and one GI iron nut 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11 KV grade including dismantling the old U/S insulator complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F lightening arrestor HT 11000 KV pole mounting with porcelain insulators complete with all fittings transmission class nominal discharge current upto 65 KA including removing the defective one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cross arms for two pole structure with GOD, LA as ISMC-75x6mm, MS flat 50x6mm, bracing supports clamps and back plats fabricated for structural steel sections including suitable size of nut, bolts & washers, welding being cold or hot drilling holes for bolts of suitable shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for earthing complete with steel earth plate eletrode 60cm x 60cm x6mm thick buried dirctly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of plat not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI earth strip 25x4mm by means of bolts. nuts,check nuts and washers etc including protection pipe 15mm dia up to 7.5m length, provision the earth lead to earth connection in ther main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts, bolts, earthing shall be done all as per shown electrical plate No 5 of SSR part 1 Including neccessary excavation in soft disintergrated rock and provision of 15mm dia pipe with funnel, PCC earth chamber of 100mm thick precast RCC cover with suitable precast RCC frame and earth test point and testing in presence of Engr-in-Charge.complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Stay assembly of 20mm dia stay rod complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, brown, Large size, with overall dimensions 90mmx140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC type D-2, (1:4:8) (using 40 mm graded aggregate) for foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supervision charges of 15% of total value the estimate to be paid to Goa State Electricity Board (GSEB) and to make liaison with GSEB for connection complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) Contractor should hold Goa State Electricity Board (GSEB) HT electrical license. (b) Contractor has to laise with GSEB for shutdown and connecting of all the cables. (c) Contractor should be responsible for the payment of Electrical Inspection charges. (d) Contractor has to liaise with Panchayat to cross the civil area. (e) Contractor has to quote the rates considereing all the above aspects. (f) Contractor has to obtain completion certificate from respective GSEB sub divison after completion of work.

Dismantling of ACSR condctor of any size from pole complete and hand over to concerned GSEB sub division complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling steel poles/struts, any size complete and hand over to concerned GSEB sub division complete all as specified and as directed.
