Removing of old water proofing treatment and cleaning the top surface of slab and cleaning with wire brushes, removing dust, foreign material,and removing rubbish off the site to a distance n.exc. 100m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on RCC roof slabs including mixing with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finishing even and fair to receive water proofing APP membrane complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for water proofing treatment on top of RCC slab/Chajjas by applying oil based bituminous primer @0.25 Kg/sqm of surface and laying 3mm thik APP modified water proofing polymeric membrane with 100 mm side and end lap having weight not less than 3.50 kg/ sqm , reinforced with non-woven polyster reinforced matt weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm,polyster core having soften point not less than 1500 degrees C, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/5cm, applying by torching method and applying a coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm on membrane surface including 24 hrs ponding test complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Cleaning the surface of any description with wire brush, detecting sources of leakages/seepages and removing/taking down unsound treatment/surface and M&L for carrying out non-destructive waterproofing treatment to floors, sunken portion of slab, and junctions of floor and walls of bath/WC and floor traps (combined unit) by using construction chemical method as hydrophobic PU grouting, etc, with first course of injection MDI based PU foam and second course of injection PU plain all as per manufacturers instruction, etc, complete and as directed. The PU foam shall have 100% solids and solvent free, and shall expand 30-40 times its volume at liquid stage in presence of water, the PU plain injection shall have minimum 100 CPS viscosity and shore hardness minimum 50. Make: PIDILITE or equivalent.

Making hole and M&L for fixing the metallic packer for hydrophobic PU foam and Sealer as per manufacturers specification. The PU foam shall have 100% solids and solvent free, and shall expand 30-40 times its volume at liquid stage in presence of water, the PU plain injection shall have minimum 100 CPS viscosity and shore hardness minimum 50. Make: PIDILITE or equivalent.

M&L for the tile joint chemical cleaning and re-grouting carefully by washing the existing tile with heavy duty tile cleaner preferbly of M/S Pidilite or equivalent cleaner, again washing with fresh jet water, scratching the joints and filling the same with (white/matching colour) epoxy tile grout of M/s Pidilite, ROFF RTM epoxy or equivalent, or equivalent , curing , cleaning the surface etc, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and as per the sample done at ground level.

Repairing & water proofing Exterior walls (i) Preparation of surface by washing down, brooming and scrapping concrete or pastered surface and filling cracks using an exterior crack sealent like Asian paints Smart care crack seal or equivalent (ii) To protect areas around window frames from water seapage from exterior walls, fill the gaps between the window frames and walls using a special bonding sealent like Asian Paints Smart Care Akrylmax or equivalent. (iii) After repairing the exterior walls apply two cats of water proof exterior paint over primer of Dr Fixit Raincoat, Asian paints or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n.exc.1.50sq.m each and removing from site by the contractor at his own expense complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc.1.50sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each including removing from site by the contractor at his own expense complete all as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description, exc.1 Sqm and not exceeding 2 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawings complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F pressed steel frame size of 105X 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter size 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails.
