Notes:- 1. The contractor shall make all arrangement for attending the different types of complaints on every day basis. Any major item required to be replaced with new one, to make the joinery work functional shall be measured and paid for separately as Supply and 'S&F' under respective item of this schedule. Old retrieved item(s) as considered in 'Schedule of Credit' shall become property of the contractor. 1. Rate shall be quoted accordingly against these items, keeping in mind above said provisions. 2. The comlaint shall be attended by the contractor within 12 hours, failing which a panel recovery of Rs 200/ complaint shall be recovered from the contractor dues and no dispute will be intertained at later date
