Sinking of borewell and laying of well water pipe line at Blasubramaniya Nagar Near Erimedu in Ward No 66, Central zone.

Amount

1.Provision for Geologist from the TamilNadu Agricultural University for inspecting the site and for making the borewell point.

2.Drilling of borewell 200 mm dia vertical bores depth as directed by the departmental officers including labour charges for inserting causing pipe assembling in the drilled holes including welding, jointing, grouting the casing pipe etc., including transportation etc for borewell.

3.Supply of 200mm (CM) PVC casing pipe ISI make of approved brand etc

4.Supply and delivery of 7.5HP Three phase submersible motor pumpset with vertical type with all accessories with latest FS 8034 in general for the following duty conditions the pumpset should have diagonally balanced bronze impler and stainless shaft for motor and pump and directly coupled to a suitable capacity continuous rated three phase fifty cycles 22/440 volts AC supply motor should be as per ISI with upto date amendment. The starter winding should be made from high conductivity PVC insulated 3 core flat copper cable of suitable size of work Duty 75 LPM x 250 M head.

5.Supply of 50mm dia G.I. pipe 'B' class Bore pipe of appd brand etc complete

6.Supply of 50mm Bore coupling (heavy) of approved brand

7.Supply of 3 Core 4Sq.mm pvc insulated flat Copper Cable etc complete

8.Labour for the erection of submersible pumpsets in borewell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper claps upto the starter to the required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth values erection clamps, pressure gauges upto exterior wall of the pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN, Switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter 3 pilot (including lamps) capacitor, single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules including construction of earth pits with earthing materials as per rules etc. complete

9.Supply and fixing of designing fabrication,powder coating assembling wiring, testing and supply of double door type EB metering panel board 3ph/63A 1 no.(Rain proof model) as per Dept. instruction etc. complete.

10.Supply and run of 4 x 6 sq.mm. (84 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V on 7 / 20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains

13.BT Road cutting for pipe line as per direction of departmental officers..

14.Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, wet sand under water, black cotton, stiff black cotton, clay, hard stiff clay, hard red earth, murram, stoney earth, gravel and shales etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014 c.u.m. in volume including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 50m initial lead and 2m initial lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15.Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, foursand and eight aggregate) using 40mm hardbroken granite stone jelly for foundationincluding dewatering if found necessary andlaid in layers of not more than 15 cm thickand compacted etc.,complete complying witstandard specification.

16.Construction of Concrete Solid Block work in cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement five sand) using Solid Block ( 0.30 x0.20 x 0.15 ) for the following including curing etc., completed.

17.PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5(one cement and five sand by volume) 12mm thick for all internal/external surfaces like super structure, rainwater, ducts, elevation in all floors complying with standard specifications.

18.Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT/CTD rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors complete complying with standard specification

19.Supply of RCC precast slab 150mm thick in C.C. 1:1.5:3 mix using 20m baby jelly including water curing, moulding charges etc., complete.

20.Hoisting the pre cast slabs placing in position including pointing with cement mortar etc.
